    I don’t think he was on the juice at the beginning in 98-99 but it was noticeable by the time he started working with Stacy and Steiner and then just ridiculous during his ECW run

    Fair enough. I was probably 17 at the time so it’s not like I was giving star ratings either. I just remember this was Test in his steroid phase and while he was jacked, he just couldn’t go anymore. And Lashley was still relatively green at the time. Bad combination
