    Ignore any reporters that suggest that. One botch doesn't stop a career. Kofi around that time was very inconsistent in the ring anyway. He'd do one thing wrong weekly. Now he's solid and one of the best workers in WWE. People blame Orton for Kennedy's firing too, when it was big nose.

    Pretty much this. I don't think anyone could really make the "Viper" work as a face. He doesn't have the face-like charisma or mic skills to work that face role. He's sort of like Kane - better as a silent monster type heel.

    Tbh I think it'd still work if he's still really over. He can just act as a heel/tweener. IIRC Austin wasn't always the super face who kicked annoying heel's ass.
