WWE Raw, Smackdown, PPV's 2004 Review Thread (Maybe HeAT & Velocity Matches)

Yeah even as a kid I remember it being kinda obvious Batista was gonna win at Mania when people were cheering for him against Jericho at the house show I went to which I now think is soon since that last Raw was in Austin

WWE Raw, Smackdown, PPV's 2004 Review Thread (Maybe HeAT & Velocity Matches)

From what I remember from 05, Raw takes a huge dip but it's still a million times better than what it becomes in 06, and Smackdown actually improves a little after the draft but it's still pretty shitty and still worse than Raw.

Fab how sad would you be if someone told you around this time in 04 that Orton wouldn't win another world title until 07 :TI:

WWE Raw, Smackdown, PPV's 2004 Review Thread (Maybe HeAT & Velocity Matches)

Yeah gets vacated only for trips to just win it back so there wasn't really a point. The Raws after survivor series are gonna be weird af due to that stipulation in the elimination match lmao

WWE Raw, Smackdown, PPV's 2004 Review Thread (Maybe HeAT & Velocity Matches)

Booker would have lost the title by DQ just bc that would have given Cena the third win I assume, not bc of any special stipulation. Like how titles could technically change hands in two out of three falls matches by DQ and shit Also I own that Eddie DVD :mark:

Viscera got signed back after this and we got the love machine but gangrel never got another chance lmao

WWE Raw, Smackdown, PPV's 2004 Review Thread (Maybe HeAT & Velocity Matches)

There was obviously a clause in the contract that said show could change his mind at anytime :side: come on when you're watching shit this bad you gotta make up your own headcanons so you don't hate yourself

You're so close to the baby punt :mark: also idk when it is but soon on RAW, Kane and Snitsky injure each other off the stage or something and I went to a raw house show that weekend and I only remember this bc they were still selling it with taped ribs and Kane scared tf out of 8 year old me...

I honestly can't remember anything Big Show does from this point until he starts teaming with Kane.

Show moving in slow motion taking out everyone was pretty fun to watch as a kid, especially since they kept saying he was coming in a couple weeks or something.

I remember enjoying Edge/Orton a lot more than that but I haven't seen it in so long. The rest of the PPV sounds about how I remember it
