    This was changed a good few decades ago but I'm pretty sure the New York commission was the one that wouldn't let wrestlers use masks for awhile :lol Vince Sr or Jr finally got it changed bc of Mil Mascaras i think, pretty sure they just booked him and didn't pay the fine and called the bluff...

    With Stardom being consolidated under the NJPW management or however it's officially laid out, I can't imagine any scenario where there'd be issues for them. CMLL just separate bc of scheduling I'd assume but NJPW/Stardom will be a package deal going forward

    Seems like it, I was just trying to find out the timeline but without having listened to it, I think Zarian just said it was no longer planned for Arthur Ashe without a reason, which makes sense bc he has venue contacts there, they wouldn't even know the reason, and that's probably who he heard...

    They've never fully recovered from the pandemic really but it's more Bushiroad financial difficulties than NJPW I believe

    I think Joshi has always been more of its own style that incorporates aspects of both but includes more speed

    I completely forgot grand slam is also a baseball term bc I was thinking about this too lol but about which tennis stadium they'd go to instead. I hope they don't do this, but they could probably just keep the grand slam name but it not be in baseball or tennis just bc it's happened a few...

    With a new venue grand slam could move dates easier too, I think Arthur Ashe has a smaller window of availability (but this is June so maybe not lol)
