    Never seen it to give you a comparison. It adapted the whole book though right? And it's shorter than this one so they're probably a good bit different

    I don't know shit about the book and I didn't have any trouble following along. They spent a lot of early time explaining the world pretty well, maybe even too much for some idk lol there were a lot of mysterious still and some stuff that I felt like I was supposed to not completely get as well...

    I might rewatch it for the 4K experience on HBO Max bc its probably worth it but the download I had was pretty fucking great in its own right. I was gonna wait but with so much wrestling and stuff this weekend I went ahead and watched the download lmao

    Just finished it and had a blast. It's a little slow to get into but I really liked the world building, then the action later on was great. Some sad deaths but I look forward to part 2
