I'm working on which era should be next but if everyone's alright with going towards the next era, it'll be moving on to decades from now on. So look forward to the beginning of May for the Atomic Era of Horror (1950-1959)

#1 - 410 Points Thank you to everyone who sent in a list, we've finally finished the countdown. Feel free to give your thoughts on the countdown as a whole, and whether there'd be interest in a future Fave Five down the line!

WrestlingSmark's Fave Five Horror Movies: The Golden Era (1910 - 1949)

It's an absolute classic, and still a stupendously directed film, censorship aside.

Nevermind actually, I somehow confused Jimmy and Chris's spots. :heston

Really sad Bride of Frankenstein didn't get more votes. Personally, I think it's a far superior movie to the first, but I definitely understand why it didn't get more votes.

Dr. Caligari was honestly the biggest surprise of all, the fact it had only two nominations was incredibly shocking. I was genuinely expecting it to just mop the floor with some of these other movies, but alas.

Honestly really sad that Black Cat didn't get more votes, for my money it might be Universal's best non-monster Horror film.
