    I honestly would doubt it, to be honest. Human Entertainment went bankrupt in 2000 and the copyright for Clock Tower was abandoned by Sunsoft in 2008, so I think Clock Tower is permanently dead except for physical copies.

    Well the easiest way would be to just download a ROM and play it on an emulator, but it also had a PS1 Japanese release, so you could also play it on an emulator (untranslated albeit). Clock Tower 2: Struggle Within also came out on the PS1, and Clock Tower 3 came out on the PS2. Be forewarned...
