I like how RRS says Pete can't take criticism. Pete says "You didn't really know how to run with it" an RRS gets mad.

I also admitted I was abusing the grading system because it was working and I didn't start losing until you made me feel bad. When I "improved" as you say, I stopped winning. That kinda made me mad that when I was trying harder, I was using, so yeah. That rating system was terrible.

Hardly, don't remember much about it. I remember that whole fiasco with Stomp's husband (don't remember his name), and there was some rule to prevent that from happening.

I like the use of caps because people don't complain as much, and if they do, they really don't have much of a case anyway. Without caps, you could complain your opponent won via quantity over quality if he posted a few more than you. The only way you can lose with caps is if you don't meet...

Once again though, I have to stress that that system was shit, but it ISN'T the one Andy is always (apparently) talking about.

At that time you were controlling Max Ripper, Kaval, Jack Ripper, & Jaxxon Ripper. Pete had 1 character come Rumble time, that was before he even used anyone besides Vycious.

He dropped around 24, RRS. We also had what two weeks to RP? I think I got in 16, not counting the shit one.
  8. Chris

    E-fed Memory Lane

LOL RRS, everyone agreed that rating system sucked. There's nothing to even defend.
  9. Chris

    E-fed Memory Lane

I don't know which one Andy's referring to, but no probably not this one. He's probably talking about the one I implemented which was graded on a scale of 37 (38?) instead of 26 and was much better.

Haha, I thought the same...which is why when I came into power a few months later, it changed a good bit. Nick even said that rating system was terrible, and always talked about changing it, but he never did.

    E-fed Memory Lane

Um, I'm pretty sure it was just the one.

    E-fed Memory Lane

LEGENDARY! Thank you, Andy. Worth noting that I only wrote that because there was already no chance for me to win the match and I posted it just a couple minutes before the deadline.

    E-fed Memory Lane

Pete, RRS, either of you remember that RP I wrote for the Rumble about McMichaels taking a shit? LOL, and it actually got a decently high grade, like a 17/26 or whatever was the max points.

    E-fed Memory Lane

Pete, you wanna' tell him about Ms. Weathersby? :STEEN:
  15. Chris

    E-fed Memory Lane

If you actually read it, it wouldn't have bored you.
  16. Chris

    E-fed Memory Lane

I read them because I had to grade them, and yeah, they were awesome.
  17. Chris

    E-fed Memory Lane

In 6 months time, didn't you hold the World, HC, and Tag titles, oh and that fail of a women's title as well. I'm trying to defend you, but you act like you never did shit in the fed when Vycious was one of the primary characters.
  18. Chris

    E-fed Memory Lane

I think you quoted the wrong post, and I wasn't on for any of them besides Ashez (also Cowens and oldschool were the same person if I remember correctly). And you were a great writer...consistency was your problem. :P
  19. Chris

    E-fed Memory Lane

Him, RRS, Shaun, or BDC. Stephen got tons better towards the end as well.

Your memory seems very clouded, Pete probably was the best & most consistent RPer we had, especially when he was feeling a character.
