    I looked it up on wikipedia and it is still listing Smith as the active doctor and that he isn't leaving. Not sure how reliable Wiki is though I guess we have to wait and see.     Hasn't Smith said that he is going to play the doctor until at least 2014? I remember a press conf were he said he had signed a contract into 2014.
