Obviously you can just barricade yourself off from the world if you want to avoid spoilers, but we have both agreed on a number of occasions that posting in a discussion thread is going to increase your enjoyment of any wrestling show.
You can avoid spoilers and still have things spoiled for you just by being on Twitter or a forum.
