    If it’s close to being up, might as well just wait it out at this point. If she wanted to do something about it legally, she should’ve at the very beginning. At this point, you’re spending more time and money just tying yourself up in litigation

    1) I hadn’t realized she’d been gone that long. 2) How can someone have a year long non compete? Did they freeze her contract?
