K, just asked TDK about this, and it really didn't help. He suggested Nero and Cyberlink. All I really want to do is be able to take files such as WMV, AVI, etc and burn them to a dvd to watch them in my DVD player. I tried Cyberlink's Power2Go and it went through the process and it tells me it failed. I then try and DL Nero Vision and it tells me it isnt compatible with this version of windows. So I try and DL the latest Nero, which is 9, and it tells me the same thing.

So any other suggestions on what I could do or what any other good burning programs there are? Rep for any help.

EDIT- I have vista just so you know.

Very simple and easy program to use, but after I burned it any put it in my DVD player, it said "Playback prohibited by area limitations"

It said that on all my DVD players too, so idk.

Why are you using Windows Vista? Just switch back to Windows XP and everything will be fine. Nothing works for you, no Photoshop, no DVD-burning softwares.. :49:

I would suggest Nero 8 but since it isn't compatible with Vista then use CopyDVD.

Why are you using Windows Vista?[/B]

Because that's what came with my laptop.

And as for CopyDVD, it's not on Warez, and I searched for it on google, and there's a bunch of different things. You have a link to a DL of the exact program you are referring to?

Vista is compatible with just about anything as long as you download the correct files. I just type in good, "*The Program* Vista Compatibility" Half the time it will have a file to make it work. Sometimes not, but you just have to live with it. I got Vista. And I got all the programs I need.

I use Roxio Creator 2009. I'll post the crack and what not in the VIP Section. THE best tool around today for burning and stuffs. Costs $90. And I got a working Torrent. Thank me later.

I would have said Nero too, I'm gonna have to ask, did you download the right version of the program? Vista comes in 32-bit and 64-bit versions, and running the 64-bit version of Nero on a 32-bit system won't work. Nero works completely fine here, I've got Vista as well.
