The local advertising for the WWE Raw house show this Friday in Uniondale, Long Island at the Nassau Coliseum has John Cena vs. Randy Orton listed. Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio and Chris Jericho will all appear. The night before, Kelly Kelly and Melina will appear at the New York Islanders game to promote the event.

The Poughkeepsie Journal has an interview up with Mark Henry, hyping the March 1st house show, as well as Henry's thoughts on competing in the Olympics, traveling with Tony Atlas, his longevity in the WWE and more. You can check out the full interview at http://www.poughkeepsiejournal.com/

Paramore (a punk band) was in attendance at Raw last night. CM Punk and lead singer Hayley Williams took a picture together. Hayley's boyfriend, Chad Gilbert, the guitarist for the band New Found Glory, is straight edge. You can check out the photo at http://www.paramore.net/

WWE will be holding a press conference in about an hour from now to officially reveal that WrestleMania 26 will be held at The University of Phoenix Stadium. Representatives from WWE, the NFL's Arizona Cardinals, Global Spectrum, and Glendale, Arizona Mayor Elaine Scruggs are expected to be on hand for the announcement. The city has been actively campaigning for the event since early last year. The event is expected to be held on Sunday, March 28, 2010.

Paramore is a punk band? That's certainly news to me :shifty:.
Cool that they were at Raw though, I'll go check out the photo at that website. Does anyone know if the stadium they're holding it at is outdoors or anything?

I was on the official site for the University of Phoenix, and it apparently holds around 65,000 with just the permanent seating. The Additional seating expands it to about 76,000....and that still doesn't include the field.
