Evan Bourne return date

The latest on injured Raw star Evan Bourne is that he is expected back early next month. Bourne has been out of action for several months with an ankle injury and will be back in action in time to be used at WrestleMania. (Source - PWInsider.com)


Guess we can expect to see Mr. Bourne in MITB after all.

I think that he will return on the 2nd of march raw. And beat regal in a mitb qualifier match. And also fight Knox as hes the 1st guy in mitb with 5 weeks to go so hes got a feud for 3 weeks or so going into wm25.

but ya, Bourne in the MITB would be epic. especially with Kofi in there too

A Knox mini-feud goes without saying due to that little backstage attack. It'll be nice to see what this guy can do in MITB...although I highly doubt we'll see him winning it as a feud with Swagger will probably just be a given anyway.
The only thing that would suck though is if he makes Knox look like a fool. He's already had to fuckin job out to Rey who's about the size of my 10 year old cousin. To have someone your trying to build as a monster job out to all these little guys is just terrible. Fuck David...Goliath FTW.

I don't think its a foregone conclusion that Bourne will be in the MITB match. It really depends on what they have going on with other stars.

Unless they find something to do with guys like Shelton, Punk, Miz, Morrison, Kofi and Rey, those guys would all be in the MITB match before Bourne.

Although, could you imagine a MITB match with all of those guys plus Bourne. It would be an insane spotfest, but fun to watch nonetheless.

Yeah, it's yet to be seen whether we'll see Shelton in MITB or defending his US Title against MVP. Either way, it's going to be Bourne's first Wrestlemania. I don't think they have nearly enough time to build towards a Swagger/Bourne match at Mania. Sure they could do it....but that's a match I'de like to see with some build towards it. We haven't seen much of Bourne on the mic so I think it would be a great test for him to see how he can carry himself in a feud.
