1st thing I noticed, you should have "Queen Of The Ring" stand out at least once, and have it scattered across the background how you already have it, but have it stand out at least once.
There's a bit too much brushing in the sig, and cos it's small, it makes it look much more clustered. Reduce some of the brushing, and more attention will be on Melina, as the brushing takes away from the focal point.
One thing I do like is how you use the colour from the outfit in the background. And the text looks decentish, and so does the sig. But maybe change the "Queen Of The Ring" bit up and take out some of the brushing. And make Jasmine a bit smaller.

anyway, as Kizza said, too much unneccessary brushing there. You could delete some of it and add filters on there instead just for a change.
Good effort but I think the blending was not so good imo.
