Sgt. Slaughter wwe reign in 1991.. i wasn't a big fan of it at all... Maybe WWE should of did Warrior Vs Hogan 2 at Mania 7 or Warrior Vs savage for belt...

Undertaker 1st reign - i love taker, but he was given belt too soon just like cm punk...

hogan 4th reign - 1 day hmm wasn't anything.. the storyline behind was silly as well. but atleast flair bought legacy back to the belt...

yokozuna - 1st reign - it was just crap.. he beat bret hart and then lost to hogan in a shitty quick match...

Backlund 2nd reign - after hart/backllun great series match, I felt him losing to nash straight of away hurt bret hart, but then they did that hart/diesel feud during parts of 95...

bret hart 4th reign - i was always glad he got the belt, becuase bret hart was great, but just another 1 day reign.. there reign's you do not wanna have...

Kane 1st reign - who booked him to have belt, :smh this guy is only upper midcarder, not a main event wrestler...

a couple 1999 reign's - the belt changed hands about 10-12 times in 1 year, I'm not really a fan of the top championship of the company being whored around...

hogan 6th reign - He had the crowd behind him, But the man just got back with company within 2 months and now he's got the belt.. Beat HHH a man that was heavy hyped in wwe with videos and alot of other stuff before hogan return..

rock 7th reign - he ended taker reign :smh, But i am glad he let lesnar be put over in slam.. But rock reign usually average 2-3 months.. But this one was 99 rock style, transitional champion...(he had a good way to be #1 contender rock, but he had hards time keeping that belt)

JBL 1st reign - This reign put me off smackdown for a little while.. As i think JBL is nothing more than a Midcarder/Upper midcarder.. A man that has been in a tag team that occasionally jobbed 1999-2004 and then become WWE Champion, you are destiny to lost ratings and PPV Buyrates.. Plus i didnt see him perform anything great in that ring during his reign....I hate Cena, But i was glad he got the belt off jbl at mania21...

(i was going say edge 1st reign, But after he losted it.. that championship win basically put him into Main event Level, So he may had it for 3 weeks, But it did wonders for Edge, one of the best one-month's reigns ever..)

RVD 1st reign - I don't blame wwe, cause rvd should be more carefull on how he goes in his personally life.. if you do smoke weed in your cars, speeding would be the last thing to do, if you don't wanna get caught...

randy orton 1st reign/HHH 6th reign - they weren't long at all, But the LMS match between was great.

WWF/WWE Title

Ultimate Warrior - sure, he was over but watching him beat Hogan may be the single worst major match I have ever watched. It's so bad, it's A+ entertainment.

Sycho Sid - Can't wrestle, strange hair, very limited gimmick, and no way the guy would ever cross over into mainstream recognition. Other than that, he was good.

Vince McMahon - Not as bad as Vince Russo in WCW, but bad enough.

World Title

Goldberg - Why?????

Randy Orton - He was not at all ready to be world champ. Rumor is probably correct that Vince simply wanted someone other than Brock Lesnar to be youngest champ ever. Horrible title reign.

Great Khali - This may be the worst ever. In no sense is Great Khali world championship material. I know at the time SD was hurting for talent, but giving it to any old-time midcarder as a reward for working hard for 10-15 years would have been a better choice. Of course, Batista was in the Battle Royal, too, but if they wanted a change any of the following was better than Khali: Kane, Finlay, Mark Henry, Matt Hardy, Chavo Guerrero. Not saying they are good choices, just better than Khali.

No way!

Admittedly, I was pissed at the time as a 15 year old warrior fan, but Slaughter had the most heat I'd seen in WWE for some time. It was classic borderline zenophobic, 80's WWF, but 'worse' still using a traitor to the Good Ol' United States of USA!

I'd also say WM7 gave us Hogan's last worthwhile reign in WWF (the 2 that followed we're bullshit and as you mentioned in your post already, Hogan going over HHH for the undisputed title - as hot as The Game was after his return earlier in the year - was horrible!. A-a-a-a-n-d Warrior v Savage would never have been the same without the build brought about by him screwing Warrior @ RR91.
