We just saw these guys team up on RAW, and they worked pretty well together. They even made sure the announcers stress the fact of how well these guys worked as a team. We all know WWE loves to stick Kane in these moster tag teams. It seems like we've been having a decent amount of tag action as of late. So do you think it's possible these guys could be the next monster tag team?
I think Knox is a pretty good big guy, and with the right push and writing could be pretty decent, and make a nice IC title contender. Perhaps getting a rub from Kane in a run as a tag team would be good for him. Hell, we know Kane doesn't have anything better to do.

It will only work if Kane grows the Knox beard.

As long as Kane finally gets another push and possibly a tag title out of this, I'm all for it, I know I'm going to hear it for this but.... fuck miz and morrison for now... let them have one tag title not two

Nah, WWE just loves to throw Kane in random teams. They did the same a few weeks ago with Kane and Mark Henry

...last time I checked they only have one....lol

But yeah, It's definately time to break them up... Morrison is ready for a nice singles run.

If it could put kane out of the main event area of Raw, I would be happy.. But it isn't really a tag duo, I would like wanna watch or actually draw any of my attention....

But it could help knox career having kane with him..

but then again Kane vs snitsky didnt really evaulte snitsky...

I think the Kane/Knox team worked tremendously this past monday, they worked well with each other and they seemed to co-operate well with one and other.

Previously, I felt sorry for Rey Mysterio, as he was drafted to Raw, hes been in nothing but crap "Monster/little guy" feuds, firstly with Kane (which looked promising when Kane revealed mysterio's mask in the burlap sack0 which quickly got boring and generic.

Then we have his feud with Knox, which untill recently, I felt was quite boring, but with Kane added in the mix, and having him in the Elimination chamber, he could team together with Knox against Mysterio and Kingston, which, in my opinion could be pretty promising.

I know that Kane will never get another world title run as his gimmick is now worn out, he constantly gets pushed, then drops down and isa just another mid-carder who is used to get new guys over (like kingston). But with Knox, maybe WWE can really produce something decent with him, like a world tag title run, they could play the dominant force among the tag team division.

As for Knox, I think this guy is great, he's good in the ring, he seems good on the mic, I think he could go far.

As for Mysterio, they need to give him a push if they ever want to get him a title run in the future.

I'd be prepared to bet this wasn't a long-term (or even mid-term) deal... We see guys team up for one-offs all the time on TV - They rarely result in anything more.

A side note: A dominant powerhouse tagteam is SO not what is needed given the lack of depth to the current tag scene right now.

Why is it I shudder whenever Kofi Kingston's name is suggested for angles?

I disagree. If the rumors of a Tag Title Unification match at WM25 are true... and the tag belts went over to all three shows... it would fit perfectly seeing as we have a team with speed in Carlito & Primo, technical teams in Miz & Morrison and Priceless, speed/power in Crymetyme and Kendrick & Ezekiel. Kane & Knox being a power team (a fairly decent one at that) would be awesome.

We kind of saw a hint at it with Knox doing his "no motive" shit right after Kane finished with Rey. Their personalities fit, and both are clobbering powerhouses. I think it would fit perfect IF they decide to do the Undisputed Tag Team Champions. That would be the only way the WWE Tag Team division would flourish, imo. Shit has been exciting of late though for once.

Well I'm know fan of Knox but I actually do beleive that Kane could possibly help bring out the best in him. Kane has nothing better to do atm with there being no room for him in the ME so I see no reason for WWE not to go ahead with this team.

Kane has proven successful in monster tag teams, teaming with both Show and 'Taker and I think seeing as Vince is so high on Knox, he could get quite a good heel push if he were to turn on Kane eventually and if they work well together (I haven't gotten around to seeing Raw yet to judge their teamwork) then WWE may have just found a good team for the tag division.

EDIT: I think they will only do the tag division any good if there is a decent face team for them to feud with (please not Cryme Tyme, I don't wanna see those 2 teams feud) so they can bring some meaning back to the tag division but if they don't have no-one to feud with all Kane and Knox will ever be is 2 guys who had another pointless tag tile run...

^Good point with the unification of the tag titles... and the different types of teams.
Seriously though, Knox could definately be something... the guy is fucking intense in the ring. He's making the gimmick that Snitsky couldn't pull off work perfectly.

Well, for one I refered to the "current tag scene" rather than a rumoured one.

Secondly... I haven't read such rumours. Care too post something up in the news/rumours section?

I agree though that the tag divisions of the two shows have been MUCH better of late (including some good matches!) and for what it's worth, I DO think unification is the missing peice of the puzzle which could lead to them having a proper tag division again... The belts would get more coverage across 3 shows and benefit massively from the extra depth of a combined tag roster... Then WWE could even look to sign other teams they're interested in knowing that they actually have a thriving division with which to attract new talent.

Perhaps I saw it on here somewhere as an idea rather than a rumor now that I think about it :/, but I think it would make sense seeing as Miz & Morrison compete on all three brands almost every week. IDK, I think that would be the best idea. But even still, there isn't a powerhouse tag team in the WWE at the moment other than the rare occasion that the Brothers of Destruction get a reunion match. I think it would be fitting for a while, as long as the competition steps up to the task.
