What now for Jericho??

Now that the match with Rourke is off, what do you think WWE's plans for Jericho/Wrestlemania is? Hopefully he's doing something better than MITB. Personally, I'd love to see him face Punk if they don't have plans for him. I know they've wrestled like 7 times already, but it was never a personal issue. So that could definitely give steam to the program.

I would love to see Jericho fight an up and comer or a good wrestler. If kennedy came back before wm25 then kennedy. Or mvp or rey either way i could watch a good jericho match at wm25 with any of those three.

That was the first wrestling event I saw after my 10 year ban from watching wrestling for hitting my brother with a guitar, lol. Jericho INSTANTLY became my favorite.

Jericho vs Taker. Yes, HBK vs Taker would be the better choice, with WM in Texas, but how many Jericho-Undertaker matches have we seen in the past? Hell, I don't think they've ever had a legitimate feud.

What I want: Jericho vs Taker or Jericho vs Mr.Kennedy (if he was able to return on time)

What I think will happen: Jericho vs Mysterio

Airfixx said it, and really, it does make sense. Rey is hopefully not going to carry a feud with Mike Knox into WM. That would be awful. If it drops soon, I think Rey would be the best choice for Jericho to feud with.
Obviously they would have a great match, but I think they could make the storyline a very good one too.
The other thing I think may happen is Jericho vs Punk. I think they may just throw those two together for it. I couldn't really complain, because it'd help the rejuvinating of the IC title.

Anyway, yeah I think a Rey/Jericho feud could possibly work. I mean ya know...relying on the fact that Rey is in fact a sycophant.

Whatever it's going to be I don't think we need to worry about Jericho slipping too far down the card. 2008 finally cemented Jericho (and about fucking time) as a full time main eventer. I'm sure those who remember the WCW days would really get a kick out of Rey/Jericho.
