Matt to SD

Definately the obvious move to officially remove Matt from the ECW roster. With him going heel even an occasional appearance would get in the way of the reigning heel champ.
Finlay is obviously getting the "for now" face push.
It really seemed as though they were going to have Dreamer gun for the ECW Title one last time but with a loss to Mizark tonight I dunno WTF they're planning.
I think ECW is pretty much at a stand still until Evan Bourne gets back. I'm sure WWE has a nice long Swagger/Bourne program down the pipeline.

Yeah swagger vs bourne could work, but over the title? I'm not so sure bourne should have that ecw just yet. I know swagger has it early in his career but hes a big guy with a small amount of cockiness he can pull it off. I still think ecw needs a good mid card face.

Yeah that maybe the case i dunno hes good but hes lacking something to become champion i dunno what it is. Maybe a run on raw or smackdown as well as ecw like miz and morrison are doing. And maybe a few awesum matches with people his size, noble, rey, miz, morrsion.

But ECW gets solid 1.2-1.5 in ratings are have provided the late stars for both shows, so imo, not, it isn't dead

Thoughts....

As many have noted, they've got Dreamer & Finlay to keep Swagger busy for the time being, plus Bourne when he returns (Anyone know how much longer he's expected to be out?). The ECW title will prob get a bit less attention over the next month or two as we approach WM anyway.

Miz & Morrison should retain their alliance even if they split and go singles... I see a lot of future worth by having them as on/off partners like DX have become. I would say turn them face and send Morrison to SD and have Miz as an upper-carder for ECW but I don't think peeps are quite ready to cheer him yet (lol).

It needed to be done in order to promote the Hardys feud but ECW is losing another good wrestler. They need new, but believable challengers for Swagger. It is too early for DJ Gabriel.

To say the only legit contender for the title is gone is fucking ridiculous. This is JACK SWAGGER not the fucking Undertaker we're talking about here..lol.
It's a show full of mid carders, there are plenty of legit contenders for this guy. He's damn lucky to be holding the belt, he's got less experience than 90 percent of the roster at this point.
Finlay and Dreamer will do fine as challengers at this point.
Sure the roster on ECW could do with a little beefing up at this point but the draft will be coming up soon and I'm sure they have more than enough people for a 1 hour show.

I think Miz is about ready to move on up the card on ECW. Morrison I'de say is definately ready for RAW...this guy's talent seriously can't be fuckin ignored anymore.


And about Evan Bourne. I think he's going to be cleared like a month after Mania which is seriously a shitty break.
