I remember....

I remember the days when I first saw the commercials for TNA Wrestling coming to Spike TV. I was excited, it was something new, it was something brilliant, something special. WWE had been on the top of the roost for over 4 long years before the emergence of TNA, and even though over 3 years later, the WWE is still riding high at the top of the mountain, nobody could of forseen that TNA was NOT going to become the next big thing.

Its no secret that I have not enjoyed TNA for several months now. They had so much potential, but they squandered it on big name superstars from the past and hiring the WWE Rejects en masse. Top it off with Vince Russo's swervtastic booking, and its no wonder why I believe TNA will be dead by June.

So now, I go back to all those years ago when TNA first sparked my interest, caught me up into efedding itself and internet wrestling discussion. The company, the superstars, the televised program....the moments that brought me here today. I go back, and attempt to retell the story that TNA once told.

I do not aim to be successful, I do not aim to do a "better job" than what TNA has done. This is simply my vision. I do not aim for this to be one of the most incredibly written 30+ page Pay Per View BTB out there, I know I can't compete for reviews against the likes of CMS and other more established and popular BTB's, but I am never the less going to take it in stride. I go back to my original spark of inspiration into the world of wrestling, and I invite you all to come and relive the magic.

Without any further to do....

Let's see what you can do. I like the concept and maybe you can make TNA what it should be.

There's a few people I don't know on the roster, but nevertheless I am excited for your return to BTB. Some colours or a better layout would help a bit as well now.

This sounds like a promising fed and I remeber those days to man I miss them. Anyways I hope you can make TNA to what it should be, the top in the world! Good luck and I know I will be checking it out. Check out hIWS: High Impact Wrestling Society!

Main Event:

I'm going to go with The power and experience in this match, don't get me wrong the others have experience but not power.

Upper Mid Card:
No Holds Barred
Sabu

Raven
I remeber when Raven was around and this is his match. Sabu is good to, but Raven can obsorb more punishment.

Matt Bentley
Vs.
Sonjay Dutt
I am going to say that Sonjay Dutt will retain this itme, but it may not be the same next time!

Ron Killings
Good lower mid card match here and I think I am going to go with Killings because he had more experience back in this time.

Opening Bout:
Samoa Joe
Vs.
Lance Hoyt
Going to have to go with Samoa Joe because this was back when he debuted and went on a rampage destroying everyone and going undefeated for numerous weeks actually.

Alright, the introduction is heart warming actually. The name of the thread itself, is awesome in my eyes. I love it. Bound For Glory '05 was an awesome pay per view, and I myself was going to do a BTB on this era, but decided not to, because it would've been bound to fail as I had no knowledge of a lot of the stuff happening.

The roster is good, and I expect you to keep Jeff Hardy, Raven, and Samoa Joe in the main event scene. Samoa's push will be a rather quick one I believe. Monty Brown I hope is pushed as he is an awesome competitor. Jeff Jarrett was a fun wrestler to watch for me aswell. Overall, this looks fun. I hope it lasts, so I'm just going to move onto predictions now.

Firstly, I feel its not needed to put "mid card", "upper mid card", "main event", its just stupid. Sure, its cool to know what is going on in what division, but its definatley not needed.

Rhino, Jeff Hardy & AJ Styles Vs. Jeff Jarrett, Monty Brown & Abyss
I would ask why a lower card champion is in the main event (AJ Styles), but I remember that the X-Divison championship was treated as a mid card title, and is very prestigeous in TNA. I still disagree with him being in here, but its whatever. Jeff Jarrett high tales just as things seem bad, and Rhino delivers a Gore to Abyss, or Monty. Getting you're world champion over, and making the number one contender seem sorry.

Sabu Vs. Raven
As stated above, I feel as a push for Raven is in order, so go for it. Raven putting up an extreme match in the show against Mr. Homicidal, Suicidal, and Genocidal himself.

Christopher Daniels Vs. Matt Bentley Vs. Sonjay Dutt
Bentley, and Dutt seem like jobbers to me, and Daniels is out of their leauges.

Robert Roode Vs. Ron Killings
I'm not sure who goes over here, as both seem fairly matched.

Samoa Joe Vs. Lance Hoyt
Streak, Title Shot, Lose, Title Shot again, Win.

Excellent time to set a tna btb. You have Jarrett at his best, AMW, Team Canada, Jeff Hardy, Samoa Joe at his best point in his TNA career not to mention the rest of the roster.

Main Event:
Six Man Tag Team Match
NWA Champion Rhino, Jeff Hardy & AJ Styles
Vs.
Jeff Jarrett, Monty Brown & Abyss
The bigger men got to have this in the bag for Jarrett and it would be a upset for Ryino.

Upper Mid Card:
No Holds Barred
Sabu
Vs.
Raven
Raven should go over Sabu anytime they are in the ring together

Mid Card:
X Divison Triple Threat
Christopher Daniels
Vs.
Matt Bentley
Vs.
Sonjay Dutt
Daniels is the better of the three and should come out on top

Lower Mid Card:
Robert Roode
Vs.
Ron Killings
Even though Killings is better, Team Canada is somebody you dont mess with and Roode is their muscle so i got to go with him

Opening Bout:
Samoa Joe
Vs.
Lance Hoyt
Samoa Joe cant have his streak ended by Hoyt.

Both teams are great imo and this would make for a great match, I think having Rhino win his first match as champ would be good and make him look more dominant but you could also get some good heel heat for the other team if they win so Im not sure.

Upper Mid Card:
No Holds Barred
Sabu
Vs.
Raven

Another match that looks good, both are very hardcore and I am just randomly choosing Raven here...

Mid Card:
X Divison Triple Threat
Christopher Daniels
Vs.
Matt Bentley
Vs.
Sonjay Dutt

All three men are three of my favourite tbh and while I want Christopher Daniels to pick up the win I think Matt Bentley will retain in a thriller.

Lower Mid Card:
Robert Roode
Vs.
Ron Killings

Not sure what you could do here, you may give Roode a push but I am choosing Killings for the fact that he was a former NWA champ lol.

Opening Bout:
Samoa Joe
Vs.
Lance Hoyt

Joes undefeated and remains that after this match. Lance, Joe's gonna kill you!

I REALLY like that idea of this BTB, the starting PPV was the first bit of TNA I ever saw which makes it even better for me lol. The first show looks to be good, I will be reading and I am curious to see where you take the company. (Hopefully Rhino stays champ a little longer then in real life). Goodluck with the show :y:

OOC: I will edit this in a moment, but my computer is freaking out and I dont want to lose this information

TNA Impact:

This is TNA iMPACT, the new face....of professional wrestling.

[yt]FX5FRCumLRM[/yt]

BOOM BOOM BOOOOOOMMM!!!!!

Mike Tenay:
Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of TNA Impact! And boy what a night do we have for you tonight, coming off of what is already being hailed, as the single greatest pay per view in TNA history, and these fans are looking forward to more of the same Don.

Don West:
You're right about that Mike, and why shouldn't they be? TNA is the new face of professional wrestling, and if we didn't prove it last night, we are looking to prove it again tonight, as we have a stacked card for you tonight!

Mike Tenay:
The main event of tonights broadcast, six man tag team! Rhino, Jeff Hardy and The Phenomenal AJ Styles taking on the team of Jeff Jarrett, Monty Brown and The Monster Abyss!

Don West:
Rhino made history at Bound For Glory, and became the New NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion over Jeff Jarrett, and you can bet that Jarretts not happy. Other than that, we get Raven taking on Sabu in No Holds Barred in what is sure to get ugly in a real hurry.

Mike Tenay:
And there is so much more for you here tonight ladies and gentlemen, and we are starting off with a huge opening bout, the undefeated Samoa Joe taking on the one man on the roster who may be able to match his size and strength, in Lance Hoyt.

Samoa Joe Vs. Lance Hoyt

The match off begins with both big brutes tangling together as they jockey for position. Both men pushing against one another desperately trying to gain the early strength advantage over the other. They eventually break, as Lance Hoyt screams in Samoa Joes face before the Samoan Submission Machine slaps him in the face! Lance Hoyt rocks him with a big right hand, and then another, backing his opponent in the ropes and delivers an Irish whip. Samoa Joe rebounds off the ropes, and Lance Hoyt catches him with a big boot! Joe goes reeling from the force of that big texas boot, as Hoyt takes him off his feet with a huge lariat! He pumps his arms in the air, feeling the advantage against Joe, but he took too long taunting there as now Joe took the opportunity and waylays the big Texan with a huge Enziguri that causes Hoyt to front flip to the mat!

Samoa Joe now catches a bit of a breather, getting up as Hoyt tries to come to his knees, but as a shark that smells blood, Joe quickly takes over the control of the match and snapmares him back to a normal sitting position. He follows up with a loud chop to the back and a painful kick to the chest knocking his opponent down. Samoa Joe now runs to the ropes, leaps off the ground with a thunderous Samoan war cry he brings all two hundred and eighty pounds of weight over the knee of Hoyt with a knee drop! The big texan now tries to crawl away from the action near the turnbuckle, but that just gives Joe what he wants as he charges straight into the corner with a devastating face wash! Lance Hoyt looks totally out cold after that one, as Joe drags his body away from the ropes and goes for a pinfall. One, Two, Lance Hoyt gets the shoulder up! Samoa Joe now goes in between the ropes, climbing up top. This is not something Joe does often here, but it looks like he may be trying some sort of middle rope vader splash, but Lance Hoyt somehow finds the life to come up and bounce off the ropes crotching Joe in the process!

Lance Hoyt now is in dire straits as he forces Joe back up into the turnbuckle, tucking one arm under the legs of his opponent and holding his back with his other arm, as he launches Samoa Joe across the ring with a Texas Tower Bomb! It's gotta be over here, Hoyt going over and draping himself vertically over Samoa Joe, but the Submission machine lives up to his name as he locks in a guilotine joke at the last minute! Lance Hoyt is too exhausted and too far away from the ropes to struggle for long, and he taps!

Winner Via Submission: Samoa Joe

Don West:
Ladies and gentlemen Samoa Joe and Lance Hoyt putting on an amazing opening contest there, with Samoa Joe showing us, we know that the Muscle buster and Coquina Clutch are devastating, but this just goes to show ya that Joe can beat you with just about any move!

Mike Tenay:
Right you are DW, and with that the streak stays alive, and Samoa Joes future is looking bright here in TNA.

We go backstage where Shane Douglas is standing with Larry Zybysko, who seems rather relaxed this evening, despite all of the stress that must be going on in his life. Shane Douglas cuts right to the chase with his question.

Shane Douglas:
Ladies and gentlemen The Franchise here standing with Larry Zybysko in his office, and Larry, the world needs to know, Rhino is the champion, so who gets the next title shot? Is it Jarrett? Raven? Monty Brown? Shark Boy who?

Larry Zybysko:
Trust me when I say this Shane that a new number one contender WILL be announced tonight. I have been getting calls all week, the phones are off the hook, everyone wants to know the same thing. Raven never got his rematch, Jarrett has a rematch due, and alot of people are breaking out wanting to challenge the new champion but frankly, I have another issue to address here tonight.

We all saw that AMW for two matches in a row screw the Naturals out of the tag team championship. However, the referees decision is final and against my better judgement I know I can't overturn it. But there is something I can do. Jeff Jarrett wants to try and play power games and win all the titles, well we are putting a stop to this. I have here a list of twelve tag teams, including America's Most Wanted. Well Shane, starting next week we are going to have a twelve team tournament, with the final three teams meeting at Genesis, in a triple threast match for the Tag Team Championships! And yes AMW will be in this tournament and yes if they lose any match before making it to the finals, we will have new tag team champions. As for the teams? Well we-

Just then Jeff Jarrett storms into the office of Larry Zybysko, already red in the face tonight, as he screams at the Chairman of the Board.

Jeff Jarrett:
Damnit Larry what in the hell do you think your doing? You screwed me, and you had me face an oppponent that I was not prepared for last night. And I don't give a rats ass what type of match you have me in tonight, I want my rematch and I want it tonight! Now you make it happen Larry, or I swear your life is going to be a living hell with this company. I can have you removed just like that! You hear me slap nuts?

Larry Zybysko:
Now I don't want to hear any of your crap about rematches Jeff, you didn't give Raven a shot at the title, as much as I hate the man, but you can't use that backwards rhetoric with me and expect me to just go along! Now like I told the Franchise over here we WILL have a number one contender by the end of tonight, and will it be you? Well you're just going to have to wait til later tonight to find out. Until that time comes, you ARE scheduled to fight tonight, and I expect you to deliver, now get the hell out of my office!

Mike Tenay:
Wow! A twelve man tag team tournament Don, and unfortunately we do not have access to the names of those teams at this time, but be sure fans that we will be starting up this tournament next week on Impact!

Don West:
In the meantime we have two men facing each other next who very well may be apart of the tag team tournament, with Robert Roode of Team Canada taking on Ron Killings of the 3LiveKru, lets take it to where the action is!

Robert Roode Vs. Ron Killings

The match begins with Robert Roode immediately grabbing the arm of Ron Killings and twisting it into an arm wrench. The Truth however front flips and then arcs his back to where he back flips back again and twirls around, flipping Robert Roode into an arm drag takedown! Robert Roode comes back to his feet charging at his opponent with his signature Lariat, but Killings ducks under with an impressive leg split, and then leaping right back into the air with a picture perfect calf kick to the Canadian Enforcer. Ron Killings now backflips onto his opponent with a shooting star press, and goes for a quick pinfall, one, two, kickout by Roode. Robert now gets back up and gets his arm caught again by Killings who tries to do a back kick across the throat but Bobby grabs the legs and chucks The Truth over his head with a unique variation of an overhead belly to belly!

Robert Roode now grabs Killings by the hair and irish whipping him towards the ropes, to which he poetically performs a handspring launch off the ropes for a back elbow, but once again Robert Roode catches him with a german suplex counter! Killings rises to his feet in a daze on pure instinct as Roode shoots off the ropes and drills his opponent with the Northern Lariat! He straight up folded Ron in half on that one, going for a pinfall, grabbing the tights just for good measure and scoring the One, Two, Three!

Winner Via Pinfall: Robert Roode

Don West:
Aww c'mon! Did you just see that Mike? Robert Roode screws Ron Killings again with the tights!

Mike Tenay:
I have to believe though Don that those tights were just to add insult to injury, so many high impact moves in such rapid succession could take down just about any man, even a former two time NWA Champion!

We then go backstage to where Konnan rushes up to BG James in the back and has a look on his face that is not pleased at all. He begins to tell BG all about what he just learned.

Konnan:
Hey ese, you hear about what just happened Holmes? Nah I aint talking about the match mang, Larry Zybysko just put Ron Killings and I as one team, and he's putting you and Kip James together vato, I don't like this. I don't trust that gringo.

BG James:
Man I don't trust him either ya feel me? But it don't sound like we got much of a choice here. You just keep in mind, that I aint gonna hold back if we gotta fight another in this tournament. I aint too happy hearing about Kip, but if he's straight, we gonna win the titles again bro, its as simple as that.

With that we see Kip James appear right behind BG James, as he turns around, both Konnan and BG are staring at Kip, ready for a fight. As Kip just smiles and talks to Konnan.

Kip James:
Good luck next week man.

Both members of the 3LiveKru leave the scene, disgusted by the site of Kip James.

Mike Tenay:
Tensions already brewing tonight concerning the tag team title tournament, already announcing the return of eleven time tag team champions Kip James and BG James working together!

Don West:
Its been years since those two teamed in the same ring together, and there is some serious bad blood. But we go now to our third match of the night, where we prepare to showcase for you our signature X Division!

Mike Tenay:
The X Division prides itself on the fact that its not about weight limits, its about no limits! And TNA is a promotion, that listens to its fans. We asked you on our website which three X Divisions stars you wanted to see compete tonight, and the top three were of course Sonjay Dutt, Christopher Daniels and Matt Bentley!

Christopher Daniels Vs. Sonjay Dutt Vs. Matt Bentley

The match begins with Daniels hanging out a little while as Matt Bentley immediately converges upon Sonjay Dutt, beating the littler competitor into the corner with rights and lefts into the mid section. Sonjay is able to slip out under the middle ropes however, clocking Bentley with a forearm from the apron and then slingshotting himself over the top rope for a hurricanrana! He does his little sprinkler pose, as the fans go wild for The Play From The Himalaya. His victory is short lived however as the Fallen Angel finally joins the match grabbing him by the head and delivering some hard forearms shots to the face. Daniels then knees him in the gut, then whips him to the ropes. Sonjay comes back and attempts a head scissors, but he begins to twirl around and around in rotation around the former X Division Champion, but before he can complete his move Daniels is able to use his incredible presence to catch Sonjay and deliver a snapping Death Valley Driver into Sonjay!

Matt Bentley comes back into things with a super kick to the jaw of Daniels, knocking him down as Bentley attempts to steal the victory here. One, Two, Dutt kickouts at two. Bentley grabs Dutt and tries to set him up for a butterfly suplex, but when he launches him back Dutt lands on his feet! Daniels tries to go for a clothesline, but Sonjay ducks, and as the two bad guys are belly to belly in front in a line Sonjay delivers a drop kick and sends Daniels barreling into Bentley! Daniels got back up as Sonjay grabs his hand and ascends the ropes, doing the Sprinkler move before jumping right off with a chop to Daniels head, but as he turns around there is Matt right there once again this time with a superkick for Sonjay Dutt!

He tries to go for a pinfall as well here, One, Two, Daniels with a club to the back of Bentley, grabbing him fully by the hair and delivering a huge tornado DDT to Matt! Sonjay is still a little knocked out from that superkick, as Daniels triple jumps off the turnbuckle and hits his target with the Best Moonsault Ever! Daniels with a pinfall hooking the leg, One, Two, Three! Daniels beats Sonjay!

Winner: Christopher Daniels Via Pinfall

Mike Tenay:
What an exhibition on behalf of our X Division superstars, Christopher Daniels picking up a win and getting one step closer to getting another shot at his divisions prestigious championship.

Don West:
I tell ya Mike every week I see Sonjay Dutt come out here and he is improving! I really think this kid has a future as a champion if he can keep showing us that fire that he's been having these past few nights.

We are now with Shane Douglas backstage with Petey Williams, who has a smug and arrogant look on his face, as he swooshes his hair hair and ties it in a pony tail, Douglas gets down to business once again.

Shane Douglas:
Ladies an and gentlemen the Franchise here with the #1 Contender to the X Division championshiop Petey Williams. Now Petey last Sunday at Bound For Glory you defeated Chris Sabin and Matt Bentley in Ultimate X. The X dropped, but you made sure you were there the second time around after set up, so I gotta ask what do you think your chances are of beating AJ Styles?

Petey Williams:
Well first of all Franchise I am a man of opportunity. In this business, you don't necessarily have to be the best at what you do in order to acheive success. Now it just so happens that not only am I smart enough to know how to beat two chumps like Sabin and Bentley, but I am also smart enough to know that AJ is hurting. He just went thirty minutes with the Fallen Angel, and then competed later in a ten man battle royale. Me? I've got the strength, the speed, the agility, the technique and endurance to do that and more without breaking a sweat. Not only do I know how to play the game, I am damn good at it. So AJ, you just keep on keeping that belt warm for the Canadian Destroyer. Because that X Division title is coming home up north, and you've got til Genesis to appreciate it.

Don West:
That is bound to be an explosive X Division title defense for AJ Styles in three more weeks, as TNA presents our Genesis pay per view, and if Bound For Glory is any indication, you can believe that Genesis will be even better!

Mike Tenay:
A new TV Deal, a new champion, a new era for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. But two mainstays who never get too old for a good old fashioned brawl, Raven and Sabu, they prepare to face off in No Holds Barred, and that is next!

No Holds Barred:
Raven Vs. Sabu

Before the match begins we see Raven carrying down his former signature shopping cart of weapons, apparently the mood is just right for a shower of weapons. Raven tosses into the ring the garbage inside as kendo sticks, light tubes, and a steel chair all spill forth from the garbage can. But as Raven comes into the ring Sabu has already grabbed the steel chair he is so famous for and cleans Ravens clock by throwing the chair at this skull! Sabu then grabs a kendo stick, and begins to slam the splintered wooden masterpiece against the master of the mind games. Raven has to roll out of the way, grabbing a light tube and trying to block a downward strike, that causes glass to break in the middle showering down upon Raven in shards. The former world champion comes back to his feet and quickly uses the other two ends of the light tubes and smashes them against the temples of Sabu!

Sabu stumbles back from the sudden impact of the blow, as Raven grabs the garbage can and smashes the steel trash can over the cranium of his opponent, causing Sabu to slump to the ground. Raven then places the dented can in between the legs of Sabu, and snaps a kendo stick right across the mid section, and Sabus night is officially ruined. Raven isnt done with his hardcore tendencies yet, as he grabs a light tube, and in an extreme ode to the Sandman, Raven places the light tubes across the throat of Sabu and rears back for a gruesome white russina leg sweep, bursting the light tubes across his throat! A steady stream of blood now cascades over the chest of Sabu, as Raven now sets up his steel chair in a seated position.

Raven goes over to finish Sabu, but The Homicidal one delivers a low blow to save himself! They begin to trade bloodied punches, until Sabu begins to feel a little woozy, Raven whips him to the ropes attempting for his finishing drop toe hold, but Sabu springboards off the ropes not once, but with two jumps as he tries to launch himself for a flying cross body, but Raven desperately moves out of the way shoving Sabu into the steel chair face first anyway! Sabu crumples in a heap to the mat, as Raven crawls over and drapes his arm across his fellow ECW original, One, Two, Three! Raven is victorious.

Winner Via Pinfall: Raven

Mike Tenay:
You were right Don This contest got real ugly, real fast, but Raven still picks up the victory, still showing that he is looking for that world title match!

Don West:
That was just absolutely brutal Mike! I mean the pain that these superstars put their bodies through, it is just absolutely amazing! Lets go on back to Team 3D, who have a very special message for the Tag Team Champions!

We cut back once again to the backstage interview area, with Brother Ray and Brother Devon both looking stone cold serious, as they are fully focused on their efforts, now being apart of twelve other teams to compete for the NWA World Tag Team titles over the next couple weeks.

Brother Ray:
Brother Devon and I, we enter into this tournament, quite possibly the odds on favorites to take it all. AMW, are you prepared to do whatever it takes to kill Team 3D in order to retain those titles? Devon and I, who have gave our blood, our sweat, our tears and put our asses on the line time and again for this business? We are the former WWE, WCW, ECW tag team champions. This month, we are looking for number four. Because once we win those titles, then we will be cemented as the single greatest tag team in the history of this sport. And you want to try to derail us? You honestly think that Team 3D is going to lie down for a couple of schmucks like yourselves? Well boys, that aint gonna happen as-

Now we see Wild Cat Chris Harris and Cowboy James Storm emergy on the scene, Chris Harris obviously inebriated tonight, as Storm stares Brother Ray in the face, perhaps even ready to start up a brawl.

James Storm:
You know boys thats all fine and dandy, how you like to run your mouths about this that and the other about how good you once was. Well your living in the hear and now son, and AMW rules the roost along with Jeff Jarrett! Ignore the fact that Larry Zybyskos shady authority likes to screw us out of our rightful spots at the top of the mountain. But what I am concentrated on, is right here and right now, I don't see the greatest tag team in the world before me. I see two old timing chumps, trying to relive their glory days through us! And we aint gonna lie down for that.

Chris Harris:
Ya see fellas, Cowboy and I, wes been checking this place, ya know what I mean. What I mean is, we built this place from the ground up. We made this divishon what it is today understand? You don't know tag team wrestling til you've beat us. We are the previ-provi-preni we're the best!

Brother Ray:
Well then, I guess all that there is left to say, is that you better pray that you don't meet us before the finals. Because I guarantee you, we are going to break your *expletive* legs.

Brother Devon:
Oh my brutha...testify!!!!!

Mike Tenay:
Ladies and gentlemen we are at the top of the hour now, with the match you've all been waiting for! Capping off your weekly hour long adrenaline rush is six man tag team action!

Don West:
Both teams have so much to prove here tonight, Rhino wants to be known as not a fluke champion, Jeff Jarrett wants his title back, and all four of these other guys you gotta believe, will be gunning for a title shot!

Main Event:
Rhino, AJ Styles & Jeff Hardy
Vs.
Jeff Jarrett, Monty Brown & Abyss

As Rhinos entrance music hits, he ups the tempo by a couple of levels as he straight up charges into the ring towards the awaiting opposing trio, with Styles and Hardy both waiting for him and storming in at the bottom of the face ramp. All hell breaks loose as this not so much turns into a tag team match as it is more like a pier six brawl. Abyss clotheslines Styles to the outside while Jeff Jarrett is being pummeled by Hardy, and Monty Brown is actually able to gain an upper hand against the War Machine Rhino for a while. Abyss helps out Jarrett double team Jeff Hardy for a while, as he tries to fight back but the numbers is just too much. Monty Brown really begins laying in right hands into the dome of Rhino, before turning away and yelling at the fans as the heels are taking control "Who's Da Man?!" Unfortunately for Monty Brown, once he turns around he gets ripped in half with a GORE! GORE! GORE!

Abyss turns around and starts trading blows with the champion, the adrenaline pumping for Rhino so much under the fan support that he is actually causing Abyss to back up further into a corner. Jeff Jarrett is able to take advantage of a referee distraction and gives a low blow to Jeff Hardy, before taking him down with The Stroke! Rhino tries to bounce off the ropes and shoulder block the Monster Abyss, but he grabs Rhino by the throat and delivers a huge choke slam in the middle of the ring! Abyss doesn't even get the opportunity for a pinfall, as AJ Styles springboards from the apron and delivers a beautiful striking forearm that takes the monster off of his feet! Styles now getting up and beating Jarrett in an exchange of fists, before he turns around to run to the ropes and is cut off bit time by Monty Brown with the PPPOOOOOOUUUNNNNNCCCEEEE! Monty Brown rubs his head against the ropes while stomping his feet on the mat below, before Jeff Hardy comes up from behind him and clotheslines him over the top rope. Jeff Jarrett tries to go for another Stroke, but this time the Enigma is able to counter out with a desperation Twist Of Fate!

There are bodies laying all around the ring, as Jeff Jarrett rolls out of the ring holding his head, apparently ditching his partners. Abyss comes back into things as Jeff Hardy tries to run around Jeff for a suicide move to the outside, once again another high flyer is cut off, this time with a Black Hole Slam! Jeff Hardy is absolutely killed in that, as Abyss taunts his hands into a cross, Rhino sprints right out from the corner for one final burst of energy, as he blasts Abyss with the Gore as well!!! He goes for a pinfall after that, AJ Styles able to stop Monty Brown as the referee counts, One, Two Three!!! Team Rhino wins it!

Winner: Rhino via Pinfall over Abyss

As the match comes to a close, Jeff Jarrett grabs a microphone from the outside and begins to speak.

Jeff Jarrett:
Damnit I am done playing games! (breathing) Zybysko, get your ass down here right now! Don't piss me off, I want my rematch, and if I have to beat your ass to get it I have no problems showing you whos boss!

Larry Zybysko comes out from the face ramp where Abyss and Monty Brown are recuperating. Zybysko does not look pleased with Jarrett, but then again, nobody would be at this point.

Larry Zybysko:
Alright Jeff you wanted it, these people wanted it, everyone wants to know who is the new number one contender, who will face NWA Champion Rhino at Genesis. Well guess what Jarrett, you keep on squawking around here about how unfair it is that you don't get your remtach. Well I seem to remember another certain individual who still has a beef with you. So I think its only fair that you go ahead and settle that once and for all before we consider you for your rematch!

With that, the crowing of the Ravens plays over the PA system as Raven appears on the heel ramp closest to Jarrett, still banged up from his match earlier with Sabu. He also has a microphone in his hands as he prepares to elaborate on what Zybysko is saying.

Raven:
The idiocracy of your hypocricy is astounding Jarrett. Now as perplexed, befuddled and bamboozled you may be manifesting throughout your mind, I am going to proceed and make this revelation to you as simple as possible. I have a claim on the NWA World Title, you have a claim on the NWA World Title, so we are going to settle this like men. In 3 weeks at Genesis, its going to be Jeff Jarrett Vs. Raven, in Raven's Playground!

Larry Zybysko:
Now that that has shut you up Jarrett, its time that Rhino learns exactly who he can expect to face at Genesis. You see this man also won his match at Bound For Glory, and he's been living under the shadow of Jeff Jarrett for too long, without being given his fair shake. Well TNA is a company of opportunities, and when opportunity knocks, this man will deliver when the time comes. So without any further ado, your new number one contender for the NWA World Heavyweight Championship, Monty Brown!

Some fans boo this decision, while others are actually satisfied to have this freshening up of the main event scene, as well as a good many of them are cheering ecstatically to see Raven's Playground for the #1 Contendership at Genesis.

Don West:
Holy crap! Ladies and gentlemen, The Alpha Male will challenge Rhino for the Worlds title at Genesis! More than that, Raven and Jeff Jarrett will meet one on one for the next challenger at Turning Point, in Raven's Playground! Talk about revenge, talk about Impact! Man if your not excited about this line up already, including the triple threat for the NWA Tag Team Titles, you don't have a soul!

Mike Tenay:
Until next week everybody, this is Mike Tenay and Don West signing off, be prepared for another raucus crowd, and total nonstop action!! Good night!

BM- I'm going with the hardcore clinic put on by Raven and Sabu here. It was quite the extreme and put Raven over well. The main event is a close second but it became a clusterfuck at times and became hard to follow.

WM- Roode v Killings is the obvious answer here because of it's insuperior length, but I think the opener was just as bad. Not because it was written badly but because Joe cdame out of it looking like the weaker man. The announcers can put him over all they want, but it doesn't change that he played the bitch for the most part and didnt look like the unstoppable machine he should have looked like.

BP- I liked Raven's little part in the final promo, but that's it for that one. Petey Williams had an alright little interview there, it was in charachter and put himself over. Team 3D and AMW promo also had its moments. However, I'll give this to Jeff Jarrett and Raven's respective promos on each other.

WP- Alot of the promos were forgettable and didn't say all that much. None were really that bad but they could all be stronger. I'll go with Konnan/BG because it didn't really have that much of a purpose.

AC- Matches were quite meh on this show, and I guess you'll go all out on PPVs. Promos were also average, and the whole show could use improving. You also used too many colours, it became hard to compehend what was what after a while. But overall good show, 6.5/10

Smackdown is posted in WWE 2009- Fast Forward to Future. Check it out if you have time, y'know?

This looks fun. TNA at this stage was actually pretty decent, so it will be interesting what you choose to use and what you choose to change. My only complaint would be the goddamn colors. Just use black, dude. When people read any kind of document, it's always in all black. There is no need to change that just because it is about wrestling.

I like the match lengths. It allows for me to actually read the matches in one sitting (and I never take the time to read them if it takes more than that), while also getting the story of the match across. Only other change I would make is the promos. Honestly, I just don't see a need for every word of the interaction to be written out. Instead of writing out:

Just say:

Petey Williams is backstage with Shane Douglas and cuts a generic heel promo. Williams highlights the fact that AJ must be fatigued due to having a thirty minute match and a battle royale in one night, so he plans on taking advantage and winning back the X-Division Championship.

That way, we get the same exact message, but it saves time. I look forward to reading this so I can see how you would book TNA in 2005. I don't necessarily care if you can write a match well; I care that you can tell a story in a match, so you have that aspect down pat. The same applies to promos. It doesn't really matter if you can stay in character with BJ James and Konnan. If you were booking it, they would stay in character themselves. Your job is to tell them what the promo is to be about.

All in all, I like this. It seems like you're booking TNA to more or less embrace it's independent status in 2005 instead of looking to become a global alternative to the WWE, which is what I believe they should have been.

Also, hold on to Monty Brown! Sure, bring in Christian Cage, but don't push Monty Brown to the side like TNA did. I'm planning on reading this one weekly, so I'm looking forward to where he ends up especially. Best of luck.
