It's at least been a year and a half, if not than 2, since i've watched TNA, I just saw yesterdays.. so here's my current views on it.
The Pros
Alex Shelley X-Division Champion= Gold. The guy is amazing, the four way was a great opener for the show, even though Shelley sorta botched his roll up type finish, he's still the shit.
AJ Styles is the shit= Next World Champion. The guy is great, and I think he deserves the strap again, he's freaking amazing.
Angle/Sting= I think TNA is going to make it seem like Angle and Sting can't trust one another, they'll probably have some opening backstage promo before their match at the PPV, where they get into some kind of mis-communication, only to have Angle lay down to Sting saying that they tricked the fans all along.
LAX is the shit= Huge push, these guys are amazing, but where have they been?
Kurt Angle- The shit, plain and simple. This guy should be a 20x TNA World Champ by the end of his career in professional wrestling.
The Cons
Bubba and D-Von fighting for a world title? Holy crap.. um... that's cool I guess? Not really, it's kinda awkward watching the best tag team in the world, fight against one another.
Bubba saying that he's going to beat up D-Von to win the world title was shitty too, they should have that kind of "respect" for each other when cutting promos, not the asshole-like promos saying they will beat each other up to make it to the top.
Petey Williams-If he's done with Steiner, than why does he still have his look?
Does Booker T have a drunk gimmick?
Why in gods name is that ref. still getting exposure?
Did I see Sting Follow Angle and Steiner to the ring? Isn't he the world Champ? Shouldn't he be in charge.
Why in god's name has Morgan turned on Abyss? I swear, Morgan is the Eugene of TNA with turrets.
Final Thoughts: I think TNA is alright, but not great, not even good at all. I would love more X-Matches, More Tag Matches, and maybe less Frontline/MEM matches.
