Ok, I know nothing is even remotely official, but many are making Orton the favorites or the Rumble and even after Monday's RAW. But seriously, do people think that in a real state, Orton wouldn't be reprimanded by Stephanie or Shane for what he did to Vince and kicked out of the Rumble or even fired right after he punted Vince in the head? This isn't advanced scientifical research I did here, so anyone that says I'm thinking too far into this can gtfo.

in a real state guys wouldnt talk about their plans in front of a camera broadcasting it to the whole world or would attack a guy when the lights go out for his entrance.

It's a peculiar incident - Orton has assaulted McMahon, interrupting what should have been the termination of Orton's contract.

The junior McMahons would consult their lawyers and other advisors, attend meetings and call in Orton himself + members of the Legacy and former Legacy to interrogate before a decision is made.

In the kayfabe world, all this means is open your wallets and pay up!

In a real state...the Undertaker wouldn't be able to shoot lightening bolts from his fingertips, Kane could sexually stalk a 21 year old girl, etc.

Since when has pro wrestling EVER conducted itself by the rules of society?

Additional thought:

Sports stars get away with all sorts of misdemeanors thanks to their celebrity and money... Why should wrestlers within the realms of kayfaybe be any different?

Or even strip away the kayfaybe... If there was a behind the scenes clash with company authority, I'd be prepared to assume the star would probably survive the axe... IF the star was big enough.

Did peeps similarly question it when SCSA stunnered Vince back in '98?

:cheezy:

The thread creator was adamant we "GTFO" if we questioned his opinion. Quite dictatorial, don't you think?

 He doesn't

That'd be called pyrotechnics from various electrical outlets.

No, I said if you complained that I was thinking to far into this like people were saying the last time I questioned something like this.

should bret hart have been fined for spitting in his face?

Yeah, and he would have been if he didn't leave for WCW right after.

You'll have to excuse me, as I don't know the posters here very well yet.

This...this is a joke, though, right?

I get what Peep is trying to say (apparently the only one). And to that, I would just say to wait until the actual Royal Rumble until you criticize this, no point to make a thread now. I'm sure there will be some event that will occur (intentional promotion motive to buy the PPV).

Sort of on that track. However, I thought that part of your initial post was a joke, so hence the sarcastic remark.

I also understand Peep. I mean, Orton was about to get fired. Add that to the fact that he attacked Vince and Steph (who is still running Raw so still has the authority, should be firing Randy on the spot.
