TNA Injuury Updates; Roode, Sting, Nash, X division hamp, and TNA Champ all ailing

Robert Roode suffered an ankle injury during the three-way tag title match at Sunday's TNA Genesis pay-per-view, according to Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline.com. No word yet on how long Roode will be out of action.

The TNA Champion Sting is nursing a knee injury, one-half of the tag champs now has an ankle injury, the X Division Champion entered his match ill, and the TNA Knockouts Champion is nursing a bad back. Throw in Kevin Nash's staph infection and Brother Ray's rough shape, and it's certainly a tough time for TNA.

That's got to suck big time. Everyone that's injured is either champ, or part of a major storyline. It's because of injuries that made genisis worse. They had take out the Knockouts title match because both Kong and Hemme are injured, had to go with that bad storyline of Rhino getting beat up to because Sting is hurting and he wouldn't have to do as much, they had to add in Cute Kip in the main event of the ppv because Nash was in the hospital. And you couldn't even tell that Sabin wasn't feeling well from seeing that match.

But I also read that Jarret was hurt in his match with Angle as well. Not as bad as they made it seem on tv, but still he's banged up.

Yeah Shelley + Sabin put on an absolute clinic out there, if Shelley was that great sick there better be a rematch between the 2 sometime in the future.

Tough break for Roode and Beer Money, it looked like a face push was coming before the injury for those guys.

Get the title off of old Sting, put it on AJ or Hernandez...now.

Best wishes for Big Kev, he sucks ass but you never want that sort of thing to happen to a wrestler of any kind.

Both Jarrett and Angle were fine after the botched Angle Slam hit the floor.

The entire TNA roster should be careful on their moves in the interim, just to be sure nobody else folds.

-Jeff Jarrett was in a lot of pain backstage following his match with Kurt Angle. He suffered the injury when Angle suplexed him off the stage and he overshot the table that was set up on the floor.

That doesn't sound like he's just fine to me. He wasn't as hurt as they portrayed on tv, but still banged up. Which makes what I said true, everyone who's injured right now is either a champ, or part of a major storyline.

Rofl, all the TNA guys are fucked over. Alex Shelley was sick, he is fucking awesome, shows you how badly he wanted to be champ and if he has a rematch with Sabin it will be awesome. Sucks for Roode to get injured, just as Beer Money won the titles back from Lethal/Creed too, so if they had kept the titles in the first place it would have been better because now they make the tag titles look shittier by giving them away again anyways. Kong has a hurt back and her #1 contender Chrisy Hemme broke bones in her neck last I heard which is why they didnt fight at Genesis. Sting being hurt is good imo, I REALLY want Hernandez to win the title because he is awesome and is being watsed in the shit tag division imo, or anyone else could take the title really.

Must suck for TNA, all of the champions are injured expcept James Storm who won't be a champion if his partner Roode is out :laugh: This could be good though, get the title off Sting
