With my neighbor and he also happens to be a teacher @ my high school. He said that Penn St would lose @ least 3 games this year after their 3-0 start. They are clearly not, so I need to come up with something since I'm clearly going to win this bet. What shall I make him do, give me, etc...

(Keep within reason though)

According to wikipedia, Penn State's colours are blue and white correct?

I would ask him to teach one day (or spend a weekend if teaching is impossible) with his hair dyed one half blue and one half white.

Using temporary dye of course.
