Ill admit it looks good, but unless you super fixed up that photo, which im doubting u needed to do (cmon, its scarlet johanson), then u didnt do much except for a puzzle overlay and some text.

Its not as easy as you think.
The text took me alot of time to do too. Its not that plain simple work dude. The puzzle thing needed alot of pen tool work.
And about the photo, yes, several effects and stuff was made to end up with what you see now.

the puzzle thing is easy but not the missing piece part... i like it but i think if the puzzle pieces were bigger it would be better. especially on the smaller piece... i like the text too

Pretty good graphic, maybe 7.5 outta 10 due to the complexity in making the missing puzzle piece and choosing a text that stands out. The pic looks generic and doesn't appear to have anything done to it but I could be wrong. Another major flaw and I mean MAJOR flaw is that when you do a graphic of someone you should check the spelling of the name, especially when they're this hot:
