Did Petty's character have a feud with the fictional cyrus or something

kind of him and his partner, who doesn’t like petty anymore either Kevin, the bull kind of feuded with Cyrus and Michael’s. There was this whole storyline with the establishment, which by the way, was basically the authority before the authority existed but I think it was mostly just that he wanted his win back from Cyrus. Cyrus definitely beat him a lot.
