the BG seems alittle sloppy....

ur showing improvement. just maybe fade the logo a little bit (soft light, hard light, pin light, linear light etc.) and make the bg better by blurring smudging and again fading that stuff and you will have better sigs.

You overdid the main PSD a little bit. Try making that one the same as the secondary one and see how it turns out. A little bit too much contrast if you ask me.

yes jsut as peep said just dont over do anything just do it not too much not too little just enough to make it look nice. And one more thing go with the flow with ur sigs wut ever u think of try to follow through with it and dont quit on a sig no matter how bad it may look starting off it can still look good in the end. Hope this helps.
