Since Regal is rubbed out for 60 days, we don't have a GM and it seems Regal wants to get back into an active role so could we have Ric Flair as GM? I mean, he's coming back to RAW in several weeks to promote his DVD and I just think it could be a possibility that he could get the job. Discuss.

it wont happen.. although it would be a great idea. but this would involve Flair to be back to that schedule in being on the road all the time, and i think now that he's retired - he's probably gotten comfortable with spending time with his family. which is understandable. i'd like to see him become a agent to help out younger talents, but i doubt he'll be a GM though. I think Teddy Long will be the next RAW GM.

I would like this but than again I wouldn't because we saw it before and we didn't do that good of a job imo but even if he wasn't the best he would be better than regal for sure..

It would be alright, and is possible since he does have a contract with them. He would just have to make sure his promos made sense.

Not anytime soon. This will ruin everything the WWE has built for that huge retirement for him.

It could happen later though if they need to start a faction.. (which i can smell it coming with Orton and Batista joining forces) remember the footage they had in ONS ?

A general manager could happen but i think he will be more like a manager for heel wrestlers LATER though.

I thought the Regal character was really good - the crowd hated him for storyline reasons, killer heat.

I would like to see it... But not yet, and it probably wont happen yet.
Firstly, I thought wwe were naming a new GM? I guess not, so that shows they must be waiting for Regal to come back...
But make in 2 years or so, Flair could be GM.

It won't happen, Flair wanted a retirement from "wrestling" and never wanted to be remembered as an announcer or General Manager after his active in-ring career is over.

It's very unlikely, although he might just be the president of America in the next decade... :disgust:
