Its got a solid card and it should be a good show. I havent seen any official ratings seen the dvd is so new. I dont think it will be the best show of the year, but should be a good watch.

Well, actually, I was hoping for an opinion from someone who's actually seen the show.

Two great matches in Danielson vs Stevens and Aries vs Castagnoli. I've only seen Aries vs Claudio and I loved it. The card as a whole could be stronger, but I'll think you'll be satisfied with your purchase.

So, can I get an opinion from someone who's seen the show?

the show just came out less than a week ago. How fast do you think ROH ships out the dvds and people have time to watch the whole show. Just sit back because you are probably going to be one of the first to see it. I looked at the main sites yesterday and no ones seen it yet. So you'd have to find someone that was their live.

^^Okay, for your information, jackass, how the hell was I supposed to know it came out less than a week ago. For all I know, it's been out for quite a while.

Would you please quit going all apeshit on me?

Calm down, Montana was just being real. The card looked pretty good like they said before, but I really don't know what it'll come out to be. I'm looking forward to the 6th Anniversary Weekend Shows BTW. (Because I think I'm on camera in one, and those 2 were just good, quality shows)

Just saw the DVD, and I'm never buying ROH again. You mentioned it wasn't going to be the "biggest show of the year," but that doesn't matter, whenever you pay for every show you see, whether by DVD or weekly PPV, it's important that you tear the house down every single time, because every time could be someone's first time, and you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

Fair enough, care to give some match ratings or what about the show you didnt like? or Just not worth the 20$?

As far as tearing down the house every show, there is some truth to that, BUT they must also lead into the next show, and the next BIG show. Look at wwe, the whole year focuses around making Wrestlemania the biggest show. Its how wrestling is. Im curious to see what you liked and did not like.

Also Im curious what is your ideal ppv as well. Like your fav. ppv in the past year or so.

PS i seen seen any official show ratings yet. I heard on some sites it was good, and i heard it had a weak first couple matches but the last matches were great.

Well, it was about what TNA was in the weekly-PPV era, but TNA only charged ten dollars per show then, not twenty. That's the main problem I have with ROH. And yes, WWE builds up year-round to Wrestlemania, but I don't have to fork over money every time I watch WWE or TNA. Instead, I can always watch the TV shows to get a regular dose of wrestling action for free. That's the difference between WWE/TNA and ROH.

As for the ideal PPV, I'd have to use Bound for Glory 2006 as an example to go by.

True, but with TNA's 10$ ppv's you didnt get the actual DVD. I was actually at BFG 06, and im not big on TNA, but they put on a good show for that event. It sounds like you didnt think the dvd was worth 20, which is fair enough. Me personally i dont think any wwe/tna ppv is worth 30$. I think the best way to get introduced to ROH is a live event. You can get good seats for 10-15 bucks and its a experience. You can feel the chops and kicks. Try illegally downloading ROH and watching the Video wires, those are free.

What seperates TNA and ROH to me is the charcters/wrestlers. Guys like the Briscoes, Nigel, Daneilson, strong, give off more attitude, and seem more natural than those of tna/wwe.
