The Comcast Cable preview for WWE's 15th Anniversary Special for RAW next Monday night lists Bret Hart as appearing on the show.

Furthermore, the official TV Guide and DirecTV previews for RAW also list Bret as appearing. Here is the preview from Direct and TV Guide:

Featuring Stone Cold Steve Austin, Triple H, Undertaker, Bret Hart, the McMahon Family and Hulk Hogan.

HOLY SHIT! That would be insane! But I have a strong feeling that WWE had planned this months, when Teddy Hart and Jack Evans were still with them, to get Hart to debut the new Hart Foundation...

I doubt bret would want to be in same arena as vince and hhh, so it will probably be video if he is on.

P.S Jack Evans was never with wwe

Bret has no problem being in the same building as Vince, as he has been many times over the last 4 years. Hell Triple H and Shawn Micheals were near the front row at the Hall of Fame, and both were clapping for Bret. Bret has spoken out on why he doesn't do live events in arenas really anymore at the WWE level, and he said this even years before his Hall of Fame. And its since his stroke, he doesn't feel comfortable infront of crowds anymore. He makes efforts to do it though. However he doesn't feel he can handle a WWE crowd size anymore. When he was announced as a HOF inductee, he did an interview on OTR on TSN in canada again, restating that, saying that the HOF was going to be hard as it was going to be the largest crowd he's been in front of since his stroke, but he promised that no matter how he felt about the WWE if they ever asked he would be there. However he even said that night that he already informed the WWE that he would not appear the next night at Wrestlemania as he just didn't have faith he could stand in front of that large of a crowd. That if at all would be the only reason why its taped. It has nothing to do with not wanting to be in the same building as people, because he has been in the same building as these people already and nothing happened or will happen.

On the Hart Foundation thing, Neidhart & Bret had apparently agreed to appear live in the arena for the introductions. This was to be Bret's test to see if he really could handle the crowd. This was way the Hart Foundation was also set to debut on Smackdown as it would be a taped show and should Bret not be able to handle it, they could edit that out and tape something else instead. So Bret live on Raw? Not likely.

Yeah, it's probably just a taped segment. Kind of like Stone Cold....and maybe Mick Foley. But I really don't want Hogan there (plus he won't be there anyways)

Not live on RAW, probably a taped segment as everyone said because really Bret Hart won't just get over the Screwjob and Shawn Michaels. But then again, this is big news Bret Hart appearing on a WWE Wrestling Event?
Bret Hart on Monday Night Raw after 10 years? that's Amazing.

Travis, Hulk with be there, as well as Stone Cold and Mick Foley. They will be live, that I guarantee you. Remember Vince is talking Hulk into a match at WM 24, and doing it by testing him in a taped segment would be stupid.

Bret wouldn't be there, if anything, he would tape something

Bret Hart was on OTR again last night, he said he was asked to be there and there was a lot of requests made, but he ultimately declined. He will not appear in any way shape or forum. Which means not live appearence, and no video.
