There was a backstage segment at the iMPACT! tapings tonight with Kevin Nash telling Kurt Angle that he knows who Sting's partner will be and he'll be there next week....Scott Hall.

I'm pretty sure it wasn't a joke as the tapings have already started and I think that Sting/Hall vs. Angle/Nash is gonna draw actually (no sarcasm)

Actually what happened, from the way I interpret it is that Nash said he knows who Sting's partner was, but I have a feeling that Sting may come out and prove otherwise. Also Sting gave a clue on the show that it was someone who hated Angle, and I don't think Hall and Angle have ever actually feuded or anything, but on the other hand Booker and Angle have had a lot of matches on SD! and I think have feuded.

Angle's also had a mini fued with Mark Jindrak :g:...j/k, but I still like Jindrak and hopes that WWE gets him back. But I'm still thinking it's Hall.

TNA World Champion will Kurt Angle open iMPACT! this Thursday night on iMPACT!. Angle comes down to the ring and says he wants to know who Sting's mystery partner will be at TNA Genesis. Sting comes down and gives a new clue about his partner's identity. Sting says the man is a former WWE & WCW Champion and he hates Kurt Angle. That clue eliminates Rob Van Dam, who was never the WCW Champion. The two most likely stars to be Sting's partner are Booker T or the Big Show. Both men are free agents and have held both the WWE & WCW titles. Later in the show, Kevin Nash tells Kurt Angle that he knows who Sting's partner will be and he'll be there next week - Scott Hall. Hall was never WWE or WCW champion but he will be at TNA iMPACT! on 11/8. Hall is NOT the mystery partner but is just another addition to TNA's Roster.

There is no truth to the rumor that Ric Flair is signing with TNA. The current plan is for Booker T to be Sting's mystery partner at Genesis. Flair was in Florida last week with Maria doing autograph sessions through WWE.

Just seems weird or awkward for sting to have a partner from the list wrestlers people have been giving. I personally don't see any chemistry happening at all here especially seeing as how its a tag team match. Anyhow im looking more forward to Booker T if anyone being the mystery partner.
