Well, after iMAPCT last night, it was another "controversail" loss for Cage. He has had many in the past, and this one to me is the most controversail. He lost one on one in a match. Now granted he still hasnt been made to submit, or even be pinned, do you think it should logicaly be counted at a defeat?

It definitely should, but it's TNA so they would want one of their top stars as to have been 'undefeated' he still has never been pinned though.

He's never been "undefeated" so to speak, the bit they've been giving him thus far is that he's never been pinned nor submitted, but he has lost many times.

That being said, has TNA really built that up at all? If Cage loses via pin/submission will it matter?

If a tree falls in the forest does it make a sound?

The only reason they still say he is undefeated is have him look like a credible main eventer, same thing they did with Umaga.

Abyss = Boring. Cage = Ratings, he should have won.

Evidently Cage doesn't = ratings, at least not right now, as iMPACT! has been around the same mark for quite a while now. And I think Cage is great by the way, just stating the facts man.

Cage was never undefeated, TNA knows TNA fans wouldn't even remember all of his matches so they said it anyway.

Cage will eventually get a proper 'defeat' and will become a jobber to the stars.

How can he be a "jobber" to the stars when he is the megastar of TNA ? Anyway back to the point technically during Goldberg's undefeated streak in wcw he had a couple DQ losses in wcw but they never counted it so technically Cage is still undefeated in TNA.

Oh my god, both of you shut up. Abyss and Christian are both entertaining. Its the booking/management thats been affecting them lately, as well as the whole product.

Oh you're right some big dude who's said 5? 6? words on the mic is real entertaining.

Yeah but thats what his gimmick needs. It wouldnt make sense if Abyss came out and cut a promo making jokes about how fat Joe is or how gay JB looks.
