Well I'm going to Nickelback, Daughty, and Puddle of Mud altogether in late August in my hometwon of Memphis, then in San Diego in mid August I'm seeing The Cult. I think Nickelback, Daughtry, and Puddle of Mud will kick butt, but I don't know about The Cult considering they're pretty much only going to play their newest stuff. Also in San Diego, I may see Barry Bond's record-breaking home run, but that's off topic.

What do you guys think of the rock band "Hellyeah"

they are made up of members of Pantera, Mudvayne and nothingface. I heard one of their songs (forgot the title of course) and it wasn't too bad but nothing special.

Nickelback is ranks up there with Blink 182 as one of the worst live shows I have ever seen. They suck. I saw them at Bayfest a few years ago, the only reason I wound up going was a) the tickets were free, and b) The Headstones opened and the Headstones kick 1865 kinds of ass.

I can't really comment on the other two very much, I dunno who Daughtry is and Puddle of Mudd sucks too, but I've never seen them live.

HellYeah is a pretty good band, they are a total supergroup as you said.

If you guys know your stuff, then I'm scared of Nickelback.

I mean if you like Nickelback then great, I imagine you'll enjoy the show. I just hope for your sake that he doesn't forget the lyrics to "How you remind me" and totally butcher the song. Not that it was good in teh first place, but...

Start throwing rocks at Nickelback, they left the stage once because of that. That's the only way you can save yourself from being brainwashed.

Daughtry I would pay to see because he has a great voice but he isn't hard enough for me in terms of music sound and decibels. Puddle of Mudd is a good band IMO but it is just today's Nirvana wannabes.

What a letdown that is this year. The only good thing there is ozzy this year, I only glanced at the bands and didn't see the full list but the guys on the main stage sucked IMO. This was kind of early when I was deciding whether I was going or not but if you could, post the bands that are playing.

Right now on my iPod I'm listening to Faktion, Atreyu, Avenged Sevenfold, Evanesence, and Bullet for my Valentine. I went and saw Daughtry, he put on a good show. I've got tickets to see Plain White T's and we'll see how that turns out. No matter what, you can't go wrong with free tickets.

Yeah Amy Lee is awesome. Of course I do, I was off for a few hours. But being one of the only girls on this forum, I gotta work twice as hard to keep up with all you guys.
