-- According to a report cited to PWInsider.com, USA Network's Bonnie Hammer requested WWE include more "Attitude Era" elements as a way to boost ratings. In addition to believing storylines like the "McMahon is dead" angle are helpful, Hammer also reportedly wants past characters like Mick Foley, Steve Austin and Sable to return.

-- Figure 4 Weekly reports that Vince McMahon has recently been giving SmackDown! writer Michael Hayes a hard time backstage. Sources say McMahon constantly mocks Hayes at production meetings and even makes negative comments about him to others when he knows Hayes is within hearing distance. Nonetheless, the feeling within WWE is that McMahon typically bullies the people closest to him, so it is unlikely that Hayes is in serious hot water.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After just slightly more than a week in Ohio Valley Wrestling, new WWE developmental talent Teddy Hart is already rubbing his coworkers the wrong way, reports 1Wrestling.com.

The heat began on his first day, when he answered a phone call during a production meeting. Saying the call was important, he refused to hang up when asked by an OVW trainer.

The wrestler has also reportedly been skipping practices and clean-up chores, typically citing injuries as an excuse.

"He's in his own little world," a source told 1Wrestling. "He's already wearing out his welcome and has only been here a week."

The same source had praise for both Harry Smith and Nattie Neidhart, who he said have done a much better job of fitting in.

I heard they rehired the guy who was responsible for rock austin 3 for wrestlemania 19 angle. For the cena vs orton feud so im thinking that will do well and get in ratings there. Plus dont bring back sable just have someone like maria doing the things sabel did. Or have someone like kennedy do what austin did it is real easy.

^^They don't need Sable but Stone Cold would be alright coming back again (maybe he's realised wrestling is where he belongs after the comdemned). Kennedy still got some time to go until he can fill Stone Colds shoes so I wouldn't go saying he can do what Stone Cold can do but if Kennedy has a good face run i'll agree with you.

He thinks that he is a 3rd gen. wrestler and that he can mess people about. What a penis.

That's quite a good idea actually. Who else could 'replace' the old superstars? I like the Maria idea very much :D

Maria needs that extra somehting to get her like trish level. PLus i think cena isnt the next ausint i think kennedy can be. Plus id rather kennedy in stone colds shoes cause he can wrestle stone cold cant hes not active in ring anymore cause of his neck.

Kenndy is Austin's unofficial protege and he fits the bill, he does. I agree, Maria needs to do some of the things that made Trish the best. The wrestling and the Bra and Panties matches ec.

So do we pencil him in for a ttile shot at next year's Summerslam?
Yes. (lol)

Well it'll have to depend on how quickly WWE bring him up from OVW and how much of a push they give him in WWE. It looks like they gonna give him a big one because of him beight a 'Hart'.

It also depends on who has which title at that point. You said SummerSlam, And I personally think it would be awesome to have a 3rd. gen vs. 3rd. gen in Orton and Hart. For WWE title I suppose.

^^ for ECW title would actually make sense. Anyways, i hope teddy hart doesn't fuck up and get kick out... again. He's got some talent, but im afraid it's all going to get wasted away.

Attitude era doesn't really need to come back; they just need a storyline or two. Think about it, what storyline is going on right now? none, the last one was the vince death angle and they didn't even finish it

He might end up having Orton's mentallity..

That's true! No storylines atm. Lashley/Cena was hardly anything. One night after the PPV match, Lashley started with Carlito. I mean come on!

Am I missing something? Did Kennedy have a beer bash? Is Kennedy a red-neck? No. There will never be another Stone Cold Steve Austin and that's the bottom line.

bringing back the "Attitude era" would be a mistake as there is not a Stone cold, Rock or Foley type in the WWE at the moment, And we don't want to see the same thing we watched 8 years ago, Do we want to see Kennedy v McMahon. What the WWE needs is to create new story line's with character development for the likes of Kennedy, Carlito, Lashley and MVP ect

Maybe we wont have kennedy vs vince. The next rock or austin. But we have orton, cena and kennedy. Orton is next rock so to speak kennedy austin and cena is like a hogan star. Have kennedy feud with shane use the mic well and get the crowd behind him. He has'nt got to have a beer can hes got the mic. Orton has the athletic ability to be the next rock lets hope he keeps his mentality in check. Vince could create a whole new era better than the attitude era its doubtfull but why not give it a chance with the talent he has got. In fact talent isnt the problem its the writers. He needs to get someone with a wrestling knowledge of the business. I think putting cena on top when the fans start liking him again(after he doesnt have the title for about 6 months) will be a good idea. i think the fact that he is champion all the time makes people hate him.

But instead of Orton being the next Rock, Why not let him be the new Orton, Push his own style create new legends(no pun intended). And Kennedy be the new Kennedy. Create new stars not try and re-hash older stars.
