Rodman and Arquette coming to WWE?

There are reports from numerous WWE insiders that Vince McMahon & script writers have been talking about bringing back some of the old guests who appeared for angles previously for World Championship Wrestling and World Wrestling Federation. Apparently one staff member overheard a conversation and the names of Dennis Rodman and David Arquette popped up into discussion.

Celeb's have long been part of WWF/E's make up so I don't see this as anything majorly bad, hell I enjoyed the last big celeb appearance/usage (Federline), also considering Arquette's part of history in wrestling I'm surprised this hasn't happened sooner. Having said all that I don't tend to believe stories like this until something concrete in source says so, so I'll wait and not expect it to happen, but won't cry/think its the be all and end all of wrestling if does occur.

Rodman I never had any use for, but I would love to see Arquette come on teh show and bury Vince Russo and WCW in general during that time period.

The WWE is using celebrities for one reason:
"Ratings"

There is no other point for this besides ratings and maybe putting a person over but that usually doesn't work.
