Quality of WWE storylines

What do you think of the quality of the WWE storylines now-a-days?

I think that right now there is no stroylne in the main event title storylines. Look at the current one, John Cena will face Lashley, the only reason this is happening is because Lashley won the No.1 contendership, that's not a storyline, that's a stipulation for that week's Raw (beat the clock matches.)
Also look at the Vengence title match, John Cena faces former champions, there was no story there, there were just soen eligable stars getting a title shot again.

Now look at the latest one, King Booker Vs Jerry Lawler, surley they could put these people in a better story. "Kiss my ring!" "No!"...Then a couple of punches are thrown. This is what the top-card will contain at the GAB?! How about, King Booker makes fun of the texan fans in a series of funy skits (Raw came from Corpus Christi Texas) while this was going on J.R (Texan) takes offence and stands up to Booker, Booker then attacks J.R in the ring and Jerry comes to his aid.

Also I have to mention, the ECW storyline (the only storyline) CM Punk Vs Nitro, all I have to say about this is, "Sigh, ..." They are both better than what they are being told to do.

Raw doesnt have any storylines. Smackdown doesnt really anymore. ECW is ok with its Stoylines. Overall not very good storylines.

You guys are saying the Attitude Era had great storylines and would like it back...Yet when the death angle came out (which was classic attitude era style)you guys were like"this is dumb how can this be"...Anyways as for storylines for feuds,yes they are lacking and it needs to pick up.Its not horrible though but could be tons better....

Basically, everything is a re-used storyline without the actual passion or semi-realism that went into it the first time. We've done BOTH Beat the Clock and Pick Your Poison this month. GAB is always the shittiest PPV of the year.

I have seen most of the storylines now, in the past. I thought with the draft it might have created better storylines, but it hasn't

Yeah they need some grade A storylines. They got tons of talent who will be great but the push people like Great Kahli and that kind of defeats the purpose. Over on Raw we have the big 5, Cena, Orton, Lashley, Kennedy, Booker T, HHH. Thats 3 faces, 3 heels. I think Lashley should turn heel, King Booker go to Booker T after losing to HHH and become face. You got alot to work with here. Lashley should win the strap at Summerslam. Lashley and Orton should then feud, Cena and Kennedy, King Booker and HHH. This would be huge no doubt it would make Raw sick. After King Booker loses he should go out on a leave of absence not saying anything after losing just disapearing. Then for Survivor Series we team the remaining top 5 guys up to go up against SD!'s top 5 guys. As for the IC division it should be the whole international theme, Regal, Marella, Jeff Hardy, Umaga, Shelton, Super Crazy. The tag division is greatness as well. London and Kendrick, Cade and Murdoch, Cryme Tyme. Those 3 should have a long feud ala Dudleys/Hardys/Edge&Cristian. THat feud would be insane.

On ECW we should have CM Punk win the title in a month or two and then go on a long reign gaining credibility. They need to continue the pushes of Burke and Cor Von at the same time, maybe give them a short stint but have Punk win it back. Burchill should debut as a huge heel, Burke shuld go face.

SD, well *** Should not be champion. I say give it to Batista, and give him a little bit of a reign (hes on fire lately). Kahli should get assasinated (I'll do it), and then give Kane a big ol' push maybe even a title reign. Let MVP dominate the US Division going back and forth with Matt Hardy.

Now imo that'd be quality fueds and in that would be great storylines.

There's a difference between feuds and storylines. There are many, many feuds in WWE currently, but minimal storylines. The only storylines in WWE currently is:

- King Booker and his King gimmick (even though this storyline is minimal), where he is against Jerry Lawler and eventually Triple H
- CM Punk's quest for the ECW Title
- Orton/Rhode's (respect, family disrespect, etc.).
- T.Long/Vickie's wedding

Apart from that, there are no storylines in WWE.
