TNA is currently in negotiations with the FOX network regarding a possible secondary TV show.

TNA sent out a text message yesterday via it's mobile service touting last week's record TV rating. The message also mentioned that they are closer than ever at getting a 2 hour show on Spike TV.

YES!!! YESS!! YES!!!!! I really hope TNA gets 2 hours on Spike, but the show on FOX can give them so much Exposure which is exactly what TNA needs right now!!!!!! :wavetowel3:

1.2 is still good news for them though, the fact that people probably read spoilers and saw that it was a one hour match brought them to watch it because I know some people only read spoilers. Hopefully TNA realises this and books there shows with less matches but makes them longer, and less idiotic promos taking up time. An opening promo for the ME scene is good, and then those short interviews before certain matches are good to. If TNA is able to pull a 2 hour timeslot, I say they dont get another program. 3 hours is too much for TNA to handle with and they only need 2 hours, they dont wanna get ahead of themselves.

Having a second show on any network would be good for exposure, Fox isn't that great of a station, name a current Fox show (not a show in sindication from another network (sienfield) or in sindication from fox itself (that 70's show) ) on the schedule that most wrestling fans would probably like....and xtremembadass, OC ain't a show most wrestling fans would watch.

I know, no one would watch it anymore because those bastards at FOX cancelled it! So, a message to TNA, you might get dropped just as fast as Ryan, Seth, Summer, and Marissa did! I still have a grudge with FOX for that one!

seriously dude, the OC???? thats a chick teenie bopper show. Your a dude!!!

to answer my own question from before though, 24 would be a good show to run advertising on during if they were on FOX. They also have to make sure that there contract with fox would allow them to advertise there Impact show on Spike still as well, and vise versa just as WWE does ads for Smackdon on CW and ECW on Sci-Fi during Raw and so on.

I think they'd have to pick either a two hour show, or a second show, and I think that the right way to go would be to have a 2 hour show. If you get a secondary show, there's the risk that they will just use it to lengthen the ME's fued while having a 2hour show they will only devote like half an hour to the main event and there's more time for others

2 hours is definitely better right now for TNA than a second show, IMO.

Also, having live shows is more important than both.
