ECW Tag team titles/ "Spanky" name origin

Plans have been put back in place to create ECW tag team championships. Early candidates to hold the new/old titles are Brett & Brian Majors. The two are not really brothers but grew up together as best friends in Long Island, New York. Both trained in Mikey Whipwreck’s New York Wrestling Connection promotion.


For the bizarre news bit of the day, Brian Kendrick was asked in the most recent issue of WWE Magazine how he got the original ring name of Spanky. Kendrick confessed that when he was on the road early in his career he would do all sorts of things to stay awake and one of those things was “spanking it.â€￾ He said that most people thought that the nickname came from the Little Rascals.

Major Brothers were already signed dude,and yea thats pretty funny about Spanky,and perox that shit puts me to sleep too,i do it when i have trouble sleeping cause it helps haha.

FORGET TAG TITLES bring back TV TITLE. that was awsome the belt was defended pretty much everytime wrestler on tv.

I dont like the idea of ECW Tag tiles, I mean they only have like 15 guys on the roster. They should just eliminate all the tag belts besides 1 and let it be tri-brand titles.

^^^not a bad idea but if they did that the team with the titles would have a much harder schedule than he rest of the roster. Itd be too strenuous. Raw,Ecw,SD, House Shows, and PPVs.
