Rate The Diva Day 33-Debra

Chyna gets a terrible 32 and takes 24th place on the list. Next is another WWF diva and you might recall when she managed Jeff Jarrett......

Debra

8.5/10 No doubt one of the hottest divas back in the day.

DETROIT -- Detroit Public Schools Emergency Manager Roy S. Roberts spoke publicly Wednesday for a call to action for parents to get their children to school.

Roberts said the first day attendance numbers for the district increased over last year but remained "woefully" low.

The district said it counted 43,660 students on Tuesday, which is short of its 79,611 students enrolled in the district.

Roberts said 1,800 students weren't purportedly counted because their schools, four total, were closed because of power outages.

"Here is my message to parents whose children have not yet gotten back to school: Get your child in school. No excuses," Roberts said.

Roberts said the district would take the following measures to boost attendance:

Parent organizers and attendance agents sent to targeted locations.

Individual calls to households.

Targeted neighborhood visits.

Well-placed enrollment van and bus runs to support local school open houses, parent orientations and other start of the school year events during September.

Radio messaging.

Safety videos out broadly.
