Everyone would know by now that Tommy Dreamer has been signed by TNA and debuted at Slammiversary. This is the start of the ECW stable that was rumoured some time back. TNA already has some former ECW wrestlers on their roster besides Dreamer such as Raven, Steven Richards, Rhino, Team 3D and RVD. Plus, as we saw with the Band angle they aren't afraid to hire some washed up stars whose place inside a wrestling ring is questionable.

TNA is known to have "hardcore" matches so the ECW stable will fit in with the TNA style of wrestling and production. I wonder what they will call the group since ECW is owned by WWE they will have to call them by another name.

Do you think TNA will hire some other old ECW names like Sabu and Sandman? What do you think they will be called? What will they do in TNA?

Personally I would MARK OUT to see Sabu and/or Sandman make a return to the ring. I don't care if they're past their prime, they're two of my favourite wrestlers along with Raven, and I'd love to see it happen :p I'm all for this angle, if it is indeed going to go through, hahaha

I would be cool with it if they add Young Guys. If it is the Band (Hall, Nash, Waltman) part 2, I will pass. Last thing we need is more Old Guys running around doing nothing.

At the start I see them only having wrestlers who were actually part of the original ECW as members of the stable. If it goes well then I see them adding some more members from the current TNA roster who fit in with the ECW style.
