- If things stay as planned, the World Heavyweight Title at WrestleMania 29 will be decided with a Randy Orton vs. Sheamus match. This would mean one of them has to win the title between now and then. Orton would be working the match as a heel.
Personally I'd quite like to see this as I reckon they could put on a quality match given how much both guys have improved in the ring since they squared off on Raw. It would be a somewhat fresh feud aswell because they've done a very good job of keeping the two away from each other since they've been on SmackDown.

I think this would be pretty awesome. I've always been a fan of Orton as heel also, so that's a bonus. Hopefully it doesn't open the show...

Orton in ANY title match at WrestleMania is a huge disappointment for me. Personally, I think only 3 men should have anything to do with title come Mania, and thats Ziggler, Show, or Sheamus.

I'm also almost certain if anyone other then Cena or Punk wins the rumble, they will challenge for the World title. And I hope to god that Orton doesn't win it.

I'm on board with this idea. Heel Orton would be the ideal opponent for Sheamus.

Big Show? are you kidding me? He doesn't deserve to be ANYWHERE near the world title for Mania. The guy is the WrestleMania jobber. He should be so far away from the world title. Mania title matches are for those that can move and deliver good matches. Orton would deliver an amazing match as he has been on point for so long. Him in a match with Sheamus would boost Sheamus up even higher on the card for the future.

Awful. Absolutely awful idea for the WHC. That could be a facebook check/beer run moment for me.

I wonder where Mark Henry fits into calculations. He must be ready to return soon from injury and before he left he was in the middle of a fantastic run in the Smackdown mainevent. Sheamus vs. Orton seems like the obvious choice because they are the two biggest Smackdown stars and hopefully this can be an improvement on their last feud. No doubt that if this is the world title match at WM it will be a quality match considering who is involved.

Both have great chemistry in the ring. These two had the best main event of the SmackDown this year and that match was almost like 20 minutes. I really want to see Orton heel once again. I'm bored of him being face, it just doesnt suits him well.

Leave Sheamus out of the WHC hunt for a little while and bring back the Hall of Pain Mark Henry again. He was like the 2011 version of Vader. It was awesome. Much better than heel Orton who will have transitional title reigns and will never lose clean.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to bring Henry back as a surprise entrant in the Rumble and have him eliminate half a dozen guys and be that dominant guy in the Rumble. He never really did finish his feud with Sheamus so it could work to have them revive that for WM.

I'm on board for Heel Orton, but there is so little time between now and Mania that this makes Ziggler's briefcase seem awfully irellevant....

Perhaps they plan to have Ziggler cash in on Orton if Orton wins the belt before Mania? An Orton/Ziggler match could be very good.

I'd be all about that, to be honest. Have Henry come out at the Rumble and just destroy everybody, being a "Dark Horse" that shows up unannounced, and goes on and wins the WHC at Mania. Henry's run as WHC was pretty good. He drew some serious heat too.
