Except the people that aren't paying attention aren't trading either. Trust me. I've AGREED TO TERMS ON A TRADE with someone in this league and asked them to offer it to me on Yahoo! and they've neglected to do so or PM me explaining why.

So the best bet in succeeding in this league is trading with established teams/active owners and they're really hard to negotiate with. We're all too late on raping PSYCH's team. He has nothing left.
