You knew it was coming and it's finally here. At his website, Ric Flair has opened an official online store. As it says on the page, "This is the only website authorized to sell Ric Flair® memorabilia."

The big ticket item on the site is the "Big Gold" Championship Belt. It comes with a "Premium Ric Flair Nameplate" and sells for $4,750.00.

The store promises that "all items come with a Certificate of Authenticity that verifies that the item has been personally signed by Ric Flair®." Yes, his name is stated as a registered trademark.

Another product is a five minute phone call from Ric (and no, he doesn't call collect) for a mere $495. You can have a five minute video chat for just $750.

If you are interested in either, click here. I am sure Ric would love to hear from you.

So is anyone going to pay $495 for Flair to call them or $750 to talk to Flair face to face on the net?

Lol the prices are ridiculous and it is sad that he has to do things like this to pay for his lifestyle. That is what you get when you divorce three or four times and have to pay alimony.

It is brutal and it is a great example to younger wrestlers that they should save their money and not live beyond their means. Save money so that they can retire whilst they are still healthy and young enough to enjoy retirement.

This is why Alimony is a crock of shit.

You lose a job, you don't still get paid from the company, why should a wife? Get a job honey.

I have never understood that either but Flair should have learnt that after one divorce and should never have remarried again.

The odd thing is wasn't he married to the same one for a very long time, and then had a few in quick sucission. I don't mind his first wife getting well paid, because I bet she took most of the responisbility in raising their children, and baring in mind he made much more money, then that makes sense. However the others just saw a sucker coming I think.

Alimony seems to be more demeaning than anything. It's like a judge is saying this woman has no value in society so she should accept handouts from her ex husband. You would think those feminazi's would be all over this. Or why can't a dude collect alimony? Seems like a sexist condition.

With his first wife if he was with her for a long time then I understand a splitting of the assets deal but I don't know why he needs to pay her a wage every year after that.

Just looking at his online store and noticed that he is selling autographed hardcover copies of his biography To Be The Man for $100! That is a big mark up for his autograph.

Damn, even Ultimate Warrior doesn't jack up his prices like that.

Wouldn't know anyone who would want to spend that much on an autograph, because the book isn't worth the paper it was printed on.

Didn't know the ruleing was in favour of the woman, just thought it was who was the main bread winner who paid, I guess it is just a very old fashioned law, from the days where women hardly ever worked, or if they did were paid very little, still you are right it is kind of sexist both ways LOL.

I guess my point was that Flair and his wife Beth I think her name was were in love, whereas with the others he was naive, and they were just using him.
