Should be a great atmosphere in the packed stadium. Geelong by 45 is my tip. Who will you be cheering on at the game?

Richmond vs. Carlton
Fremantle vs. Gold Coast
Essendon vs. Geelong
Adelaide vs. Sydney

Carlton should be out of Richmond's league but I see this being a reasonably close match. Carlton by 17 points. Fremantle at home should mean a win but they are missing a lot of key players. Gold Coast will start strong but won't be able to run out the game, Fremantle by 29 points. Geelong by 45 as I predicted above. Adelaide have been horrendous this year whereas Syndey are having a solid year. I think this will be a low scoring game and Sydney will win by 22 points.

Alright I was very wrong with the Richmond/Carlton game. Carlton lead at three quarter time 133-44. With a quarter to go this will be embarrassing.

At half time Gold Coast lead Fremantle 47-44. I am half right with that prediction so far, they have started very strong. Griffen has starred in the ruck for Fremantle and Pavlich has kicked three once Bock was off the ground. Ablett is leading the way for the Suns.

Geelong nearly pulled another win out of nowhere. Essendon were leading all game but Geelong came home strong with a 7 to 4 goal last quarter. It wasn't enough and Essendon won by four points, huge win for Essendon.

Since I am in Adelaide the Adelaide Sydney game was shown on both Fox and Ten so that was the game I watched and I am very happy I did as it was an excellent match. It has poured with rain all day and it was a really wet game. It was lowscoring game and Adelaide just hung on in the end to get the win by 7 points. Only the fourth win of the season for Adelaide.

In the earlier games Carlton won 184-81! 28 goals for Carlton and that is one of the biggest wins of the season.

Gold Coast faded away in the second half and Fremantle won by 50 points.

:frusty:

Fifth loss of the season by less than 14 points. I have had some time to digest the game and whilst it is a bad loss since a win would have put us in the eight overall it wasn't that bad. St Kilda had the ball 97 more times than North yet only won by 9 points. North's midfield was terrible all day, we were hurt by the fact four talls were brought in at selection to replace two talls and two midfielders. We needed more run. The ten minutes before half time when Saints kicked 5 goals straight hurt bad as did the final quarter where North kept Saints scoreless but kicked 1.4 and 2 Out on the Full. Bombing the ball in to Petrie when he is against two or three defenders is just dumb yet we continued to do it rather than look for the free player. We played poorly yet we should have won if not for those two poor patches which is a promising sign.

Brisbane beat Port after Port lead at all three changes. Schulz starred up forward for Port with 7 goals but got no support in the 11 point loss. Collingwood easily accounted for Hawthorn by 41 points. Hawthorn started slow and were never in it.

Got 5/8 this week. Went to Essendon/Geelong and man the atmosphere was loud as anything. I don't think I've been to a game like this, it was absolutely intense. Ripper of a game.

Tipped North but Saints made it over the line.

I wish that the Essendon/Geelong game was shown in Adelaide since it sounded like a great game. Adelaide viewers also missed out on Collingwood vs. Hawthorn and the atmosphere would have been incredible there as well with 80k+ fans there.

Coll/Adel wasn't even live here. It wasn't on TV 'til 4.

I watched it on a stream so it wasn't too bad.

Surprised it wasn't shown live there since MCG was pretty much sold out for the game.

Great game of footy right now, West Coast against Geelong.

Tipped WCE here, last quarter now and WCE are up 88 to 72 with 16 minutes to go. Really hope West Coast can win this and put Collingwood on top of the ladder. West Coast finishing fourth this year would be a huge bonus if the Dogs can beat Carlton.

I tipped West Coast by 7 so hopefully it ends up close to that score. Geelong started well but then West Coast ran all over them. Then a 5 goal to 1 third quarter made this interesting. West Coast should win from here.

My tips for the rest of the round:

Hawthorn vs. Brisbane
Gold Coast vs. Sydney
Essendon vs. Richmond
Collingwood vs. North
Port vs. St Kilda
Western Bulldogs vs. Carlton

That was fucking bullshit. Ling just deliberately pushed the balls out of bounds.

I've gone all home 'cept for Swans being the only away selection this week.

Lots of good games this week

My 7 point prediction was pretty close, 8 point win to West Coast. Huge win for them at home and with the amount of home games they have they are a good chance to sneak fourth spot especially with Hawthorn suffering so many injuries.

Aside from the North game I am most looking forward to Essendon vs. Richmond. Should be a close contest and could go either way.

Dogs/Carlton could be a ripper of a game if Dogs fucking perform like they have been lately...

if we win, I'll be seriously shocked.
