Who would YOU future endeavour?

Usually there's a period of time after Wrestlemania where the WWE decides to release some of it's talent, whether that's due to not having anything for them or to make space for the elevation of talent from FCW. So far we're yet to hear about any Superstars or Divas being wished the best in their future endeavours.

Now, if the WWE came to you and gave you the power to release who you thought offered the company nothing in the future, who would you choose? Please give reasons why because I'm frankly sick of seeing threads given one line answers or just a couple of words. Also nothing dumb like "I'd pick this person because I don't like them". Explain why you don't like them. Don't worry about moving any of them from this roster to here (as in Raw, Smackdown or NXT), all I want is who you think should be gone. Simple.

Here are the current WWE rosters (not what it says on the WWE site):

Alex Riley
Brock Lesnar
Brodus Clay
Chris Jericho
CM Punk
(WWE Champion)
Curt Hawkins
David Otunga
Dolph Ziggler
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson
Epico
(Tag Team Champion)

Kofi Kingston
Lord Tensai
Mason Ryan
Michael McGillicutty

(Intercontinental Champion)
*Camacho

*Damien Sandow
Daniel Bryan

Derrick Bateman
Percy Watson

Maxine

To begin, I wouldn't release any of the Divas. I know that most are only there for their looks, but the division is pretty much dead and some are only on the roster to be valets to begin with. Add in the fact the Bella Twins are reported to be leaving at the end of the month (I think) and that opens up two more spots right there. Anyway, here are mine:

Raw
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson & Triple H - Only because their names don't need to be on the roster. I just see it as taking two spots up seeing how neither are at least a part-time wrestler like Brock Lesnar currently is. No need for them to be on it.

Evan Bourne - This only depends on his attitude. He has been off suspension since mid-March and is still yet to surface, not to mention he's coming off two back-to-back suspensions. If he clearly showed he hadn't learnt his lesson and didn't care to earn his spot back, I'd release him.

JTG - He has just been floating around ever since Shad was released. The WWE clearly have nothing for him and I think he should be put out of his "misery" and just be released. Being jobbed to Brodus Clay about a month or so ago was his first appearance on Raw for some time, so I feel his spot needs to be filled by somebody else.

Mason Ryan - He may not have been used for quite some time, but he should either be released or sent back down to FCW. Moved up to the main roster WAY too soon and only because 1) he has "the look" and 2) well, his look is similar to Batista when Ryan had short hair. It's one or the other, but either way he needs to be off the Raw roster.

Smackdown
Undertaker - For the same reasons as The Rock & Triple H.

Hornswoggle - He's a fucking sideshow. Enough said. I know that could be classed as "dumb" and whatever else I said, but this goes without saying.

Darren Young & Titus O'Neil - I'm willing to give this tag team of their's a chance, but the only reason I see them being moved off NXT is because they spent a ridiculous amount of time there and that the WWE didn't want to just release them. They were probably "too good" to be in FCW, but needed to be taken off NXT and NOT released. So what's the next best thing? Smackdown. Anyway, I have always seen something in Young to show me he could be useful, but I can't say the same for O'Neil. O'Neil gone or both if the team bombs.

Ezekiel Jackson - I truly don't see anything in this guy other than his size. That can only get you so far, and I think he reached that point long ago. I would release him and open up that spot for somebody useful... useful as in not to randomly come to Teddy Long's aid like this guy always does. Yeah, that went well leading up to Wrestlemania didn't it Zeke & Teddy?

The Great Khali - Personally I was happy to see the back of him a while ago, and I'd see the back of him again if I had power. I get he is a big draw in India, but it's not like he does anything of note anyway. Surely him leaving for good wouldn't be THAT big of a deal. For the future of the company, he should go.

Heath Slater - I really think WWE needs to find something special for this guy and actually harness the fact he can draw heat when given the chance, or else he's gonna continue to be an eye sore (or ear sore when he opens his mouth). I can't stand his accent, and unless he's given something to really bring out his uniqueness (that a word?) then I would release him. Another taking up a spot for the hell of it.

Trent Barreta - I'm gonna come right out with it, I'm a fan of this guy. Have been since he debuted, still am now. I know it may sound strange considering he hasn't been used since god knows when, but he has bags of potential. This is the same situation as Mason Ryan - send him back to FCW or release him. I would send him back to FCW and definitely wouldn't release him, but he needs to be off the roster.

Yoshi Tatsu - Never been a fan of Tatsu and never will be. I only see him being around due to the fact he's Japanese, which frankly isn't good enough considering he's rarely used. He's wasting a spot on the roster and therefore I would release him.

So there we go, they are who I would release. Anybody I didn't mention has a future with the company in my eyes and is actually worthwhile keeping... at least until next year ;)

Who would you release or at least remove from the main roster? And at least bare with me that WWE care about the brands and that they actually have rosters.

RAW
JTG - There's nothing for him to do. Ever since Shad left he was stucked in the midcard and honestly, it won't be worth if WWE'd push him someday.

SmackDown
Heath Slater - I don't really know why. When I look at him the only thing I see is an annoying ginger. Although it looks like that WWE could find him a nice storyline cause he can draw some heat.

Sheamus! He's been polluting the airwaves too long with his three-move arsenal and the worst finisher of all time.

The Cork

Banned
Kane, but 'encourage him to retire' rather than flat out release him.

He is total garbage, stinks it up every single feud he's in (the one with face Edge was the worst stuff I've ever seen in wrestling, seriously) and has no upside. Plus he takes up a high spot that is better used on someone interesting....his yearly monster push then fade into obscure jobber act is old news now.

The only other guy on the roster I really hate is Del Rio, one, because he's dragging Rick Rod down to his level, and two, because he's extremely boring in everything he does. I wouldn't fire him though because theres enough chance for him to improve.

If this post was just to troll, thanks for not bothering to follow directions.

If this is actually a serious reply, why the hell would you choose to release Sheamus just because of how he's booked?

Why can't people follow directions...

Anybody else wanting to contribute? Wanting to create some discussion here but only half the responses are actually worth reading. Not that hard to take a look at the rosters (which is why I put them up there) and tell me who you want gone and why.

I'd release The Great Khali because he can barely hold his body weight nor wrestle, I'd use Jinder Mahal heavily this way the Indian Viewers get what they want even though he's actually Canadian.

Yoshi Tatsu needs to go, they have nothing for him and is quite irrelevant. I thought that dark gimmick would work, but it didn't.

Heath Slater - Unless WWE have plans for him, nothing.

The rest I'd keep actually believe it or not.

Having Superstars/NXT as a show, I believe a TV title is needed for those shows with the under-card.

But I'd keep the rest of the roster.

Still see potential in a lot of guys so I'm going lite here.

Curt Hawkins- IWC loves this guy for some reason, he's not good and people don't care about him.
Evan Bourne- Screwed up twice and will never be bigger than he was
JTG- Just kind of there, doesn't bring anything and isn't getting better.
Tyler Reks- Useless, big jobber with little talent.
Johnny Curtis- Forgot about this guy because he's irrelevant

Johnny Curtis is actually pretty fucking good right now.

Should def. be on the main roster w/ Maxine.

I agree, he's actually improved in the ring as well.

I wish Kidd and McGillicutty were noticed and on the main roster.

From what I've seen of his creepy character, it's actually kinda funny. I wouldn't release him either as I think he has potential. Just look at him during season four of NXT. Same with Derrick Bateman.

They are on the main roster. Kidd is on Smackdown's roster and McGillicutty is on Raw's. I listed that in my original post. Shame they don't appear on either brand frequently, especially McGillicutty. I like him more than Kidd.

I'm sorry, my hatred for Sheamus knows no boundaries. I have never hated a wrestler as much as I hate that guy. Not even Triple H! What people don't understand is that he is booked with three moves because he only HAS three moves. The rest of his arsenal (the impressive part) was swapped for a few extra pounds of muscle.

Sheamus: change your dumbshit ass-backwards abomination of a finisher, learn to do a missile dropkick off the top rope, and I MAY like you. Until then, hater gonna hate.

Meanwhile, Justin Gabriel is THIS close to being future endeavoured, while this pasty-faced wanker takes up space and wastes oxygen in the midcard, in a position that would be much better suited for someone small and with actual TALENT like JG. I'm sorry, it just makes me froth at the mouth.

Good thread, been meaning to make this thread myself for the last couple of days but i've just never gotten round to doing it. Anyway, you literally picked everyone that I (and most others i'd imagine) would potentially release so i'm just gonna offer up some additional comments to yours and maybe even why i'd potentiall save them from the cut.
Raw
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson & Triple H - Only because their names don't need to be on the roster. I just see it as taking two spots up seeing how neither are at least a part-time wrestler like Brock Lesnar currently is. No need for them to be on it.
I'm guessing you mean just remove them from the actual roster on the website seen as though they obviously compete very rarely and not that you'd never have them compete again? I'd personally keep them on the actual website because even if do they wrestle sporadically, it's adding actual star power it.

Evan Bourne - This only depends on his attitude. He has been off suspension since mid-March and is still yet to surface, not to mention he's coming off two back-to-back suspensions. If he clearly showed he hadn't learnt his lesson and didn't care to earn his spot back, I'd release him.
I'd probably agree with this aswell. He's got zero star value about him so you can't take the risk of pushing him like you would an Orton or Hardy for example. He's a bland midget with no mic skills who's able to do flips, guys like him are ten a penny on the indy scene and can be easily replaced.

If you could get Shad back i'd keep him and reform Cryme Tyme as they had great chemistry together otherwise i'd go ahead and release the guy instead of the impending "Team him with a random black guy."

Because he's not being used on TV i'd be tempted to keep him and let him keep working and hopefully improving on the house show loop. When the draft comes round though i'd like to see him moved to SmackDown where he can be protected just to see how he goes. Currently outside of his look, he doesn't have anything else going for him but he did get bonus points with me when I read that he was surprised at winning the FCW Title because he still felt he was too green, seems a humble guy.

Smackdown
Undertaker - For the same reasons as The Rock & Triple H.
Same reasons as I posted uptop

Hornswoggle - He's a fucking sideshow. Enough said. I know that could be classed as "dumb" and whatever else I said, but this goes without saying.
Agreed with this, I hate seeing him on TV. On the flipside he could be of value for the house shows when they require breaks and what not.

For me if people are ever talking about Mr 30 Days Off it's only because he looks like the black John Cena and outside of that he just reminds me of Heath Slater, solid enough in the ring but no other redeeming qualities. Titus though is all kinds of awful. Awful voice, can't cut a promo, does that Blue sounding bark and is piss poor in the ring. I'd much rather see Zeke than this guy, at least he's not Blue.

Dissapointed with how he's turned out as I was really interested in him as TBK's bodyguard and then especially on ECW when he was part of the Ruthless Roundtable. He still looked to have potential in The Corre took because of his power but one thing that really killed him was when he started to talk as his voice really didn't match his look.

Nothing more to add to this.

Best compliment I can give him is that he's solid in the ring. His gimmick sucks, his voice sucks and his look sucks although he maybe handy to have around as the jobber who randomly shows up to get squashed.

Don't know much about him really other than he seems to have been around for what, at least 2 years now surely as I swear he debuted on ECW with Croft? I'm surprised they haven't used him as a regular feature on NXT tbh.

Yoshi Tatsu - Never been a fan of Tatsu and never will be. I only see him being around due to the fact he's Japanese, which frankly isn't good enough considering he's rarely used. He's wasting a spot on the roster and therefore I would release him.
Definitley agree, there must be a far more talented Japanese guy (Tensai excluding) who they could pick up surely.
