After being skeptical about The Rock vs Cena. I'll hold my hands up and admit I was wrong. Rock still HAS it and the match delivered way more than I expected. Rock also helped prove that there's more to Cena than just 5 moves. The fact there was no handshake at the end of the match also suggests that the feud is not over between the two. With Rock going over here, I see a best of 3 series with Cena going over in the next two matches, that way Cena can say he beat the BEST and really had to work for it, that will get him more respect from fans then beating Rock last night would of.

Thank you Rocky for proving me wrong.

In the case of Rock/Cena match Rock wasnt the one who proved to me he still has it. I knew that. Cena proved me wrong. I thought that we are never going to see Cena perform in this level again.

It was an awesome match don't get me wrong, but Cena blew chunks so bad.

When a guy cant even apply his own finisher right you know theres a problem there.

I agree his STF kinda sucked let himself down after that nice sunset flip, but it was a lot better than I expected and Rock proved me wrong.

I'm pretty surprised that someone would be doubtful of him. There was absolutely no way he wouldn't have been in tip top condition, there was too much riding on it. I also said to a friend as it was happening that I saw Cena pull out more new moves in that match than he has in seemingly years.

The Rock has prepared himself for absolutely everything in his life that drives him. I had no question he was ready and there was zero sign of ring rust. He had the size, strength and conditioning he has always expected from himself.

Rock to me, has never been the best in ring performer and has been highly overrated by many, but he proved me wrong in terms of what I expect.... his sharpshooter still sucks though.

Agree, Rock should ask Bret how to put it on correctly.

I liked the match. Personally I thought it was very sloppy but was glad to see The Rock get the win last night at Mania. I don't think there's going to be a best of three series, especially if they really do bring Lesnar back in. It was billed as "once in a lifetime" for a reason. It was like Hogan/Rock a super matchup that everyone wanted to see.

Although it was billed once in a lifetime, what happened and the fact that there was no handshake suggests this isn't over...

So a feud has to end by a handshake?

Do you really expect these two to shake hands after all the things they said/did to each other?

Agreed all the barbs and everything throughout the year. This isn't ROH where every match ends in a handshake.

Um Hogan years ago in their build for the Rock/Hogan match ran into a ambulance with Rock in it with a semi truck and they not only shook hands after the match but celebrated and Hogan turned face so yeah, lol.

As for Rock in ring his performance was nothing spectacular or anything but it was good enough. Thought he actually looked more on point in the SS match personally.

Rock has never been a technical guy he does know how to tell a story in the ring though and the crowd will always connect with him for that (and his catchphrases and in all honesty in a non gay way he's a good looking man that helps)
