I was trying to think of a way to have a viable match with him because anymore it's impossible and the closest I could come up with was a 2 out of 3 falls.

He wins the first.

Opponent wins the second with the two of them looking like he and HHH looked after the match last year.

Then inevitably Taker wins the third.

Use a good up and comer that can take over the biz one day. Barrett or Sheamus fit the bill in my opinion. While the opponent loses he still got a pin on Taker at Mania quite the feat.

It'd be a feat that even Triple H couldn't achieve... which is something I don't see the WWE doing.

Although Triple H claims to have beaten Undertaker because Undertaker had to be carried out of the ring, the fact is he didn't. Throughout that match Triple H tried to pin Undertaker over and over again, to the point where Triple H was shocked that Undertaker kept kicking out. WWE even recognised this recently, giving it a Slammy Award for OMG Moment of the Year.

The WWE aren't just going to forget that as it was such a significant part of the match, which is why a 2 out of 3 falls match where Undertaker loses a fall at Wrestlemania just doesn't fit the bill for me. Undertaker has never been pinned or made to submit in any match at Wrestlemania, so for that to happen now would wipe a little bit of gloss off the streak. Not alot, just a bit, even if he'd end up extending the streak to 20-0.

That's actually a creative idea that would actually use his streak for the first time as putting someone over big time even though he'd of course win in the end. That said idk if they would take that much of a risk even if it is only a fall in a 2 out of 3 falls match. They should though as it'd be a bragging right for that heel for the rest of his career.

It would make no sense unless if the heel won the second fall by count out or DQ which haven't been present in any of the streak matches anyhow. Taker would not and should not be pinned or made to tap that night.

And not just that but why give a cat like wade who is young and hasn't proven to be loyal that moment? It only makes sense if they do it for Kane so both careers can end together or Cena because he is loyalty and clean cut personified, which is what you want, not another Brock or Lashley

Wont ever happen because then it will mean that he has been pinned at that event, they will want to keep the fact that he has never been pinned/submitted intact as well as the fact he is undefeated at the PPV. Honestly I don't think they can make it look like anyone can beat him at WM anymore, you know that he is going to continue winning at the PPV no matter who he is put up against.

The match should just be some sort of Singles Match against HHH.

Just easier that way.

I´d like to see HHH vs Triple H in a Lumberjack match.

Lumberjacks = All the superstars that The Undertaker has beaten at Wrestlemania before. I know, there are ones that are dead (RIP) but I´d still like to see this match happen.

I just don't think that HHH vs. Taker should happen again even if HBK is made the special guest ref. HHH didn't beat him last time and I would rather see a younger wrestler get the opportunity against Taker.

Exactly, I don't know how long Taker will be around for and I'm hoping at least a few more years as I want to see him face Brock Lesnar at WM29. But if Undertaker is to retire here and at a milestone of the streak which is 20-0, he should definitely not face HHH for a third time and let a younger guy have a good match with Taker to get some sort of rub.

Then with the younger guy congratulating Taker and showing respect for all the years, whatever, etc. Then he can shake hands with him after the match if Taker is to retire after it would give the younger guy a good reaction and more of a rub. That younger guy will be remembered for years to come as the one that last faced Taker.

But so did mark henry and batista and wee all knew taker was gonna win.

I agree, I'm a fan of Barrett so I would go with him. He is one of those guys that isn't a main eventer but still looks strong against the top guys.

Why hasn't John Cena ever faced Undertaker at Mania..?

If they had actually debuted Clay six weeks ago and built him up as a monster then he would have been a decent choice. I like the idea of a Barrett or Sheamus trying to defeat Undertaker, would be a good rub for them even though they will lose.

John Cena would have been the perfect opponent for him this year since this is Taker's chance to make it 20-0 and Cena in that match would make you doubt Taker will win. But a match against The Rock is better for Cena. I say give Undertaker Cena next year, would be a huge match and fans wouldn't know which way the result would go. Would it be 21-0 or 20-1.

The thing is I'm not sure whether this will be Takers last match at Mania. I know it looks likely but I really think Taker would want to push it out to Mania 30. There's two guys that Taker has not faced at Mania that I'd like to see him face and that's Cena and Jericho, and of course both of them are booked for this Mania most likely so I don't know what would happen in that situation.

I honestly think Taker vs HHH will happen again :(.

The three matches I'd want to see would be him against Lesnar, Cena and Jericho at Mania before he retires. All individually.

If he does continue after this years WrestleMania, an odd number would look weird and I think it'd be better if he goes 25-0.

Undertaker vs Lesnar would be interesting because that would turn into a brawl because of the previous tensions between them.

For me Cena has to be his last opponent so if that means WM30 then give Taker a Lesnar or Jericho at WM29 and save Cena for WM30. Cena has to be his last opponent because it will be one of the biggest Taker matches in years because as I said before fans really won't know who will win. For probably a decade now fans always know that Taker will win no matter who he faces but Cena is the poster child and if Taker is leaving then it could happen. Plus Cena is really the only one that deserves to end this streak, I know that I will get some hate for that comment :p It works the other way as well because if Taker ends his career after defeating the biggest star of the next generation in Cena then that is a massive way for him to end it all.

In my mind it is the perfect ending just don't ask me who I think will win because that is too difficult to answer.
