I don't know what argument can be made that Jericho's reign wasn't booked like shit. He lost a ton on TV and even midcarders would give him a good run for his money. Then his Mania main event match, he was overshadowed by Trips and Steph. Even as screwy as his wins were to become Undisputed Champion, it was only downhill from there.
