No confirmation but I'd be willing to bet it is, he was only around for a year the first time around and unless he did a run-in for the Brock feud, I don't think he did and I only remember the No Way Out '04 thing. Don't think he appeared on it during his last run either.

That's what I thought too, I don't think Brock even appeared on Raw either, they just had those meetings at Survivor Series, the Rumble and No Way Out before 'Mania and did the rest of the build-up solo or with Austin.
