It will be friend vs. friend, foe vs. foe, and every man for himself when the 30-Superstar Royal Rumble Match returns to WWE Network on Sunday, Jan. 29, with the winner going on to the main event of WrestleMania.

WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens vs. Roman Reigns (Chris Jericho will be suspended in a shark cage above the ring)
To ensure a fair rematch, Raw General Manager Mick Foley has ordered that Chris Jericho be locked inside a shark cage when Roman Reigns challenges WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens at Royal Rumble.

WWE Champion AJ Styles vs. John Cena
WWE Champion AJ Styles defends against John Cena, who is chasing his 16th World Title, at Royal Rumble 2017.

Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair vs. Bayley
Bayley proved to a thorn in the side of Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair in 2016. At the first pay-per-view of 2017, Royal Rumble, The Huggable One looks to turn her success against The Queen into championship glory.

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann vs. Neville
Neville will finally have his opportunity to officially claim his title of The King of the Cruiserweights when he challenges Rich Swann for the Cruiserweight Championship at Royal Rumble 2017.

Becky Lynch, Nikki Bella & Naomi vs. Alexa Bliss, Mickie James and Natalya (Kickoff Match)
Several personal conflicts will come to a head when Nikki Bella, Becky Lynch & Naomi square off against SmackDown Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss, Mickie James & Natalya on the Royal Rumble Kickoff.

Raw Tag Team Champions Cesaro & Sheamus vs. Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson (Kickoff Match)
The rivalry between Raw Tag Team Champions Cesaro & Sheamus and Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson has grown so out of control that two WWE referees will be assigned to the title rematch this Sunday on the Royal Rumble Kickoff.

WWE needed to promote the show to sell out San Antonio. Still I think Samoa Joe and a few surprises await.

That's what worries me. I mean the names going to be in it are big enough, and they needed the big names as mentioned above

But I'm sure we'll get a Joe, and maybe Angle entrance(which is why I think they should have held off on announcing his HOF entrance till after the rumble).

But still should be a great show. I hope I can be on. Depends on if I can get the big tv to watch the show and can post on my phone. If not I'll have to watch on my phone and talk later.

Personally i don't give a damn about any surprises except one.

I just for once want to see a surprise winner. That's it. I wanna be shocked. I don't care if i hate the dude, I just want to see someone win that I did not expect at all. Last 3 or 4 rumbles i had a huge feeling who was gonna win, i don't have that this year, so i'm hoping for the best.

I feel like this rumble is just setting up more feuds for WM with Goldberg, Taker, Brock, and Braun.

Hell Joe could show up and start a feud with Braun or someone then.
